After a few GeekSquad visits the many complicated parts of our home entertainment system have been performing adequately.the mounting part was easy compared to getting various features to work as designed.

The two technicians worked hard to install my new TV., working in tight quarters. I salute them. I wish they really would have stayed to thoroughly set up the new TV though.

I bought a new 85” tv and premium mounting service that was installed on 5/28/21. I asked the Geek Squad techs if they were going to hook my HDMI and optical cables to the tv that were laying on the floor right under it. They told me that I only bought the basic tv mounting that only includes mounting to my wall bracket, plugging into the outlet, and hooking the tv up to my internet router. I didn’t bother to check my order and just told them to finish what they thought they were to do. Later that evening, I checked my order and found that I had actually paid for the premium tv mounting which included hooking up all of my cables plus programming my Harmony remote and a bunch of other connection services to streaming devices. I am extremely disappointed that these lazy techs lied to get out of even performing the basic connections I had paid for. Very poor service by Geek Squad!!!

Best Buy did an awesome job! Not only set up TV but also hooked up Receiver and streaming apps.

This tv mount was just what we needed to fit our new larger tv in a tight space. Love how it swivels so we can view from multiple angles.
