    TV installer wasn’t told to bring an HDMI cable with him or a TV screen bracket, even though I was on chat with Geek Squad 20 minutes to set up the appointment. Luckily he had used ones in his truck. The installer didn’t cover his shoes or wear a mask. He only cleaned up the dust from drilling holes in the wall when I asked him to do so.

    The guys were great. Did the job connected everything, checked everything To make sure it was working properly. Couldn’t be happier.

    The agent did a good job connecting the tv and installing the mount BUT it was a little high and I would really like it to be lowered.

    The Geek squad came at the beginning of their 4 hour block, mounted the bracket and TV. They even wore booties and vacuumed after themselves.
