The agent came and professionally mounted the TV quickly and center perfectly on the wall

Geek Squad arrived on time and did a great job mounting our new TV to a wall mount and even helped us with tips on using our new TV.

Two people mounted my TV on the wall and connected the various devices. They were courteous and did a good job.

Agents on the install did great, very professional, very thorough, and did very nice job setting up the TV and Sonos Arc. However, I placed the order over the phone, and no one told me about any additional charges for over fireplace mounting. I had also set up the Arc as a separate order (because you were out of stock temporarily). Geek Squad Agents did what they were told which was charge me additional $165 that i wasn't expecting. Again, GS Agents did really well, although as a separate entity. I tried to call Best Buy customer service multiple times. I spent over 3 hours either on hold or speaking to multiple csr agents before install trying to confirm the order. I got nowhere. I tried to call Best Buy after the install to complain about these charges, and three times sat on hold for 30-50 minutes because of call volumes. I never got through to anyone who would help me. I gave up after a week, because i don't have days to sit on hold. Lesson learned: never buy anything from Best Buy over the phone or online involving any type of install service. I'd like my $165 back since no one told me upfront these charges were going to happen. But I can't imagine anyone from Best Buy actually does anything with these reviews.

The Geek Squad is GREAT! They carefully attached the TV mounting bracket to the wall at tha appropriate height and mounted the new TV. Very nicely done!
