Two installers from geek squad mounted and installed my new TV. Also explained how everything works. They did a great job, I couldn’t,t have been more pleased.

Jeremy was great! He made sure I was happy and made sure the tv was level! Very professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a tv installed.

The Geek squad associates did a professional job. They were quick and efficient with the installation, then took time to ensure we knew how to properly work purchased item. Will definitely use their service in the future.

We met yet another couple of Best Buy gurus today. Chase & Dan delivered (and installed) a new TV and a Roku device. Each person was unimaginably helpful and efficient. They explained each of their actions in detail. They each exceeded ALL known expectations. They were: Knowledgeable, Experienced, Candid, and incredibly Patient. They likely achieved a new level of geriatric certification as a by-product of our conversations. Please do your best to retain their expertise.

Stephen arrive on time and was very professional. He was able to mount the TV and to change the picture and sound settings to the best available for out viewing

The Greek Squad arrived within the window of time promised. Attached my new television to the new wall mount, set up the new television, set up the new remote and took the time to show me how it worked and showed me the new features of the new television. They also cleaned up the work area!

They did a great job with the installation of the equipment. Not so good on setup. Lots of pushing the remotes but not much info to me. The setup is still not correct. When the TV/Sound Bar is turned off the cable box is still on. Can't turn off the cable box with a remote without creating problems with the TV on/off.

The Geek Squad service is the best period. They installed, mounted, setup, and connected 3 4k tvs is a quick and professional manner .I purchased the tech package, which paid for itself with all the services provided. No company can beat best buy and the geek squad.

The agents removed by old TV, mounted the new one, and connected it to my apple TV service. This is my first smart TV, and I appreciated the crew's taking the time to explain and demonstrate its features to me.

Excellent and professional service from the Geek Squad. They were the best thing about this purchase experience. Customer service is clearly not a priority for Best Buy. Can’t even call a store. Instead you get someone from Panama that doesn’t care who they are talking to and don’t care what issue you may have.

I am a Total Tech Best Buy customer and want to give SAL, Alex, and Zach, a HUGE SHOUT-OUT for their impeccable craftsmanship, stellar customer service, terrific follow-up, and their expert skill and knowledge!! My wife and I were looking at two other companies to install and mount our televisions, and am extremely ECSTATIC to have gone with Best Buy/Geek Squad, especially due to your amazing employee/colleague SAL! We are absolutely delighted with the two jobs that he spearheaded for us and are already looking to do a 3rd project with him.

These guy's had me mounted up almost twice! We tried to park a 77" TV on the mount but the mount was too small for it and could not be changed. Anyway, we're back to the 65" which they had mounted within 30 minutes including getting DirecTV online, mounting the soundbar, marrying the bass, etcetera, etcetera. A few minutes later they had cleaned up the den, shook my hand then hit the road!

The agents were very fast and efficient with the installation. They also were great in communicating when there was going to be loud noises, which was very appreciated since I have 2 young daughters who were sleeping at the time

When I contracted my new 4K television to be installed by the Geek Squad I did so because of physical limitations I deal with and it was to be wall mounted. I thought the price was a bit high but I needed it put in within a certain period of time and not having dealt with any other installers of this type I decided to just pay up. After BB cancelled me out of my first appointment for no reason I chose an alternate date. When the date arrived my installation selected time was changed and I was informed a BB subcontractor would do the installation. Well all I can say was the installer arrived in time and was out of my home within 50 min. Everything was set up and explained to me. The work site was left clean. Some glitches at the get go but great install.

The two guys that showed up were both very friendly and very professional, which frankly was expected. They were prepared and able to deal with what turned out to be a slightly challenging installation. However the best part is that the mount I purchased turned out to not work with the placement of my studs and they had one in their truck that did! I was able to purchase it easily right then amd there and then they installed it. Real life savers, otherwise I would've had to reschedule after buying a mount that works.

Great service not one complaint! Installers showed up on time. Didnt leave a mess and extremely professional. Reused my 6 plus year olds!

The geek squad guys did a phenomenal job mounting my tv and talking me through the process. They were both professional and had great input to my questions in regards to getting the maximum picture quanlity from this tv. They also had the other items i was interested in purchasing on their truck. The back yard ring camera and solar panel. This was such a great experience 10/10 would recommend these guys and the service to others.

What a great team you guys have! Service crew arrived, got the TV installed and set up in no time. Gave my wife and I a tutorial on how to work remote, TV settings and managing apps. Great job!
