I was in good hands! The Geek Squad folks came as a duo during the selected timeslot and guided me through the process of how they were going to connect and mount the TV. I never did a wall mount before so this was brand new to me and they patiently explained me how they were going to do it and what decisions I had to help them make. In about 2-3 hours time, everything was set up and ready to go. They even taught me a few tricks with the TV and connected all my other devices (Apple TV, sound bar, Switch) as well. I'm so glad I called and had them do it. Saved me so much trouble and time.

They did an excellent job of handling the tv with care & putting it in a better position on the wall than l previously had. Also was helpful in making sure l had it setup & working properly before they left.

This is a big TV and Geek squad did a fantastic job mounting it on my wall. They are so professional and courteous. Explained me everything in detail and answers all my questions with patience. I highly recommend GeekSq for all installations.

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV, I had a 77 inch OLED tv mounted. I did not want to have to hang it myself, did not want to risk damaging a $3000 tv. They did a great job and go everything programmed and hooked up for us. They were professional and very helpful. The only issue is that there is a super tiny micro chip in the screen that I did not see during installation. It is only seen if you are within like 2-3 feet of the screen and it is off to the bottom right of the screen. Not sure if it came like that from LG or if it was done during installation. Not a huge deal but that is my only thing I could think of that I was kind of disappointed in.

The Best Buy techs installed two 70" flat-screen TVs..The also installed it's attendant articulating wall mount..Everything went flawlessly on my installation (s)..

The geek squad guys did a phenomenal job mounting my tv and talking me through the process. They were both professional and had great input to my questions in regards to getting the maximum picture quanlity from this tv. They also had the other items i was interested in purchasing on their truck. The back yard ring camera and solar panel. This was such a great experience 10/10 would recommend these guys and the service to others.

the geek squad was knowledgeable and experienced. they worked quickly and efficiently. i watched as they installed the tv wall mount, 55” tv, cable box and dvd player. all i can say is i’m glad i let the professionals do the work. worth every penny!

The agents mounted my TV in a tight space, connected all devices. They made use of our whole house speakers and set everything up so it is simple for us to use They made suggestions for components that would achieve better results then those we had, and returned to store to bring them back. After a lot of confusion about installing our new television, we received not a five-star service rating but a TEN STAR! DON BRANDON made the installation and did a fantastic job. He respected our personal property surrounding the product. But, the most amazing task was modifying our existing wall mount His experience saved having to repair the wall for the new mount. He was also able to teach us how to properly use the new remote correctly. Please double thank him for us!

Two guys came out and put up 3 TV's for me. Great guys, very, very fast. Full set up, hooked up my apple TV's, RokuTV's and my cable boxes. Everything worked great. They did all 3 TV's in about an hour. Very professional.
