What a great team you guys have! Service crew arrived, got the TV installed and set up in no time. Gave my wife and I a tutorial on how to work remote, TV settings and managing apps. Great job!

The agents explained the best way to mount my tv and mounted it exactly how I wanted. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The agents were professional, informative, friendly and out going. Showed me several options for sound & picture and were very knowledgeable about hooking everything up along with advice on the sound bar I already had. Great guidance with which mount to use. One I had was not great so they explained what they had in truck and I bought one of theirs and returned the one I had.

The agents mounted the TV and went through all the settings and took care of everything for us. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Installation of my new TV involved multiple work orders as the first one received was defected. The replacement process got quite complicated. The Geek team Michael C and Adam went out of their way to resolve the logistics mishap caused by the delayed delivery of the replacement. Michael stayed in touch, checked back, answered my text, and returned with Adam to complete the work, saving me from another work order and waiting for another three weeks! Their customer service is exemplary.

The Geek Squad are geeks and that is the way you want it!! They setup a full-sized table with furniture pads to work on. They knew that my original TV wall mount would not work there because it was an interior wall with metal studs. Instead they offered one that they use a lot and it worked out great as I can see it from the side while doing things in the kitchen (with it pulled out a bit and turned toward the kitchen). They connected it to my cable TV box and checked all. My only criticism is that it was not perfectly leveled. I simply reached behind and found leveling adjustments were made easily by turning a screw a few times. Overall I would recommend the premier installation. They cart away all of the packing and l;eave the home neat.

Did an amazing job installing the tv. The perfectly center the tv mount over the fireplace in corner. Setup the soundbar. Connected all my streaming services. Knowledgeable about the tv. Made the whole process enjoyable. Would recommend again.

Geek Squad did a great job installing my new Samsung TV. They were able to use the existing mounting bracket so I was able to return the new bracket that I purchased with the TV. They were experienced with the TV and stepped me through the TV setup. And they took away the old TV (service I paid for) and all of the packaging for the new TV.

The service was excellent. The guys that came to install my new Bravia 9 were very careful and professional. The set up my new tv and answered any question I had. I would definitely use this option again.

The team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They removed my existing 65” tv from an existing wall mount on our main floor, carried it downstairs, attached legs to the tv, and placed it on top of an entertainment center. They then went back up to the main floor to mount my new 77” tv to my existing wall mount. Prior to mounting the tv, they pulled an Ethernet cable through an existing Legrand wall cavity kit. They connected the tv to my devices, adjusted the picture settings, then cleaned up the area and removed the packaging materials. We tipped the team because they did an outstanding job.

The two gentlemen who set up my TV were very professional. They set me up with my new TV exactly how I wanted it. They then assisted with the setup with my 4k blu ray player - and stereo receiver. They exceeded my expectations.

Michael and his partner were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Great problem solvers and nice to work with. Will definitely recommend Geek Squad and Best Buy to family and friends!

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV and pairing my sound bar to sub-woofer!!

The two men that came were very nice and prompt. They asked us our preferences and then hung the tv and hid the wires in the wall. They explained how to use the tv, cleaned up and left. Everything was perfect.

The guys who came to install the TV mount and mount it were really efficient, in and out in seconds and they did a 10 out of 10 job.

We couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service from our local Geek Squad! Prompt, professional, neat, quick install and all questions answered. Worth it to hire a professional.
