    I purchased this with tech support plan and got a screaming deal. Tech support plan will see returns almost immediately.

    setup Sony tv plus Sony sounder. works good except sometimes voice and lips are not insynch. also do not know how to setup and use Alexa or google assistant.

    left out several features/connections....a third party installer not GeekSquad people. Also, not very personable. had to do a recall to actual Geek squad to get things fixed correctly
