Geek Squad did a good job.

GS mounted a tv over the fireplace.

Unnecessary delay

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We told the store sales rep that our tv would be mounted above the fireplace and that the holes were already in the wall. Apparently an over the fireplace install requires a special technician. The sent the wrong person the first time because there was no note about the fireplace. We had to wait another full week to get it installed. Could have been avoided if they had a simple survey for homeowners to provide info to the techs.
