The installation agents contacted in a timely manner. Arrived to my home and assessed the situation. Came prepared with equipment and tools. Mounted my TV and provided feedback. As well cleaned up and dirt or items after the installment completion.

The team who came to install my 75” did a fantastic job. They were professional, quick, friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped to hook up my sound bar and checked all connection, picture, and sound to make sure they were working. They worked so smoothly and really clean so I didn’t have much to clean up or anything when they left. The even took away my old tv as part of the TotalTexh service. Everything was done so smoothly and efficiently. I was very impressed. I won’t use anyone besides the Geek Squad.

Geek Squad service is so professional and knowledgable. It's like having your own IT Department in your house. I don't know how we lived without Geek Squad before. So many benefits for so little money.

On time (actually early) and the TV was installed quickly and without any issues. Installer walked me thru the setup and other than just familiarizing myself with the new menus, controls, etc the experience has been smooth.

After a lot of confusion about installing our new television, we received not a five-star service rating but a TEN STAR! DON BRANDON made the installation and did a fantastic job. He respected our personal property surrounding the product. But, the most amazing task was modifying our existing wall mount His experience saved having to repair the wall for the new mount. He was also able to teach us how to properly use the new remote correctly. Please double thank him for us!

The guys that came were extremely knowledgeable, very quick and very helpful in showing me how to use my new television. They were also very interactive with my 3 year old who had to be involved in everything, and know what everything was, so he could later mimic everything they did after leaving. I appreciated THAT most of all, because we lost my husband in August and he did all that stuff with Daddy. I also appreciated the extra time to be able to add all of my streaming services and making sure that I was able to sign into all of them. Thank you so much Geek Squad!

I cannot say enough about the installation on my TV, Sound Bar and Wall mount. They were there when they said they would be, they quickly and cleanly installed everything and did not leave until I was comfortable with the operation.

My tv was delivered and installed right after the superbowl and i absolutly love it! The install team wall mounted and hid my cords in the wall. They did an amazing job!

Sound & picture are excellent. GS install the TV. The guy from GS did a excellent job he was knowledgeable, and installation was on point answer all question and was VERY polite and nice wouldn’t have NOBODY but GS install any and all electronics in my home!! Thank you

The TV setup & mounting has been outstanding! The Geek Squad (Tyler Mullins in particular) and his teammates have done a super job mounting 2 large screen sets with the same mounting system.

The agent had the right mount for the TV. They did an excellent job installing and setting up the TV. Very efficient and personable. They were a great team!

I was given a time of between 8:30-11:30. I did not hear from anyone until 12:45 when the contractor contacted me to say he'd be there between 2:00 and 3:00. Needless to say I was not a happy person because I missed two work meetings while waiting on Best Buy who did not have the courtesy to call me prior to 11:00 to tell me they were running behind. The contractor however, did a very good job and I was pleased with the outcome.

The guys who helped hang my TV on the wall couldn't have been more professional and courteous. They respected my house, kept their distance with social distancing guidelines in effect, and also wore their masks the entire time. The TV took some time to get on the wall, but that was to be expected because the wall we were mounting the TV on has a firewall about 5 inches behind the drywall which cannot be easily drilled into. Also, the the TV is 75 inches and quite heavy, so they took great care in planning things out making sure everything was safe and stable. The studs were also spaces a little oddly on that particular wall, but they rolled with it and took care of things nicely. I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking to have someone hang a TV for them.

Our installer, Peter and David from the El Centro Geek Squad were awesome! Peter and David were very professional, they measured where we want our TV and sound bar mounted. They double checked and triple checked the measurements making sure everything is centered. Peter set up our remote so we could control everything on one remote. After installation, Peter was showing us how th rv worked a d notices our wifi was lagging. Made a recommendation on how we can upgrade with our provider. We did that the next day, and our wifi speed quadruple. If Peter had not tell us we can get an upgrade, we would still be stuck with an outdated router. Peter and David cleaned up everything and in our opinion, went above and beyond. We are enjoying our new TV. Thank you Peter and David and Geek Squad.

Rose and Jacob were amazing setting up and mounting my new Samsung 75” TV! They completed the job perfectly. Their communication was great, they were incredibly helpful from start to finish, they were able to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it (also offering advice on what they thought was best), and they even had an additional mount I could purchase with them on the spot after realizing I had purchased the wrong type of mount myself. I’d give them 6 stars if I could! If you want your TV mounted properly, this is the service to purchase!
