The people they sent to install my TV mount/TV were extremely friendly. They did a great job and were at my house for roughly 30 minutes.

Communication was good although the news was not. Product was not yet available for delivery. Agent called back late in the day and said they just picked it up and made quick delivery / install.

The Geek Squad scheduling system for making appointments needs a major overhaul. It was a challenge to find a time that fit, and they had nothing available for at least 5 to 7 days. Most of the time was not convenient for my work schedule, and the 5-hour window they only offer will make you want to hire another company to do the job.

Tech communicated well prior to arrival, arrived in time, and performed a perfect clean install. I couldn't be more happy with their service.
