Geek Squad did a great job mounting my TV, I had a 77 inch OLED tv mounted. I did not want to have to hang it myself, did not want to risk damaging a $3000 tv. They did a great job and go everything programmed and hooked up for us. They were professional and very helpful. The only issue is that there is a super tiny micro chip in the screen that I did not see during installation. It is only seen if you are within like 2-3 feet of the screen and it is off to the bottom right of the screen. Not sure if it came like that from LG or if it was done during installation. Not a huge deal but that is my only thing I could think of that I was kind of disappointed in.

This wall mount is great! It has the adjustments needed to get your TV in the correct position. The Geek Squad took care of all installation.

The team did an amazing job setting up my new TV. They were professional, careful, and made sure everything looked perfect. The TV sits completely flush against the wall — super clean and minimalist, just the way I wanted it. They also took the time to explain the setup and made sure I was happy before they left. The agents were supremely helpful in installing my tv. I had to return one and replace it with one i bought instead and they were great about it. They were almost too helpful trying to tell me things about the tv i already knew lol. I already had a smaller LG tv. I appreciated all their help especially during this COVID-19 time. They are risking a lot supposedly. Who knows how serious this thing really is. They wore masks and gloves and set up a safety perimeter that i wasnt allowed to cross, which actually made it harder when they were trying to tell me things about the tv as i have to actually do things to learn them. I will definitely use Geek Squad a hundred more times im sure and i gotta tell ya the Total Tech plan is a great money saver.

This is not our first experience with mounting. We have always chosen this service because they are professional, clean up afterwards and have always taken the time to do the job correctly. In this case they discovered the existing mount was not going to work. They went back to store and returned with the right mount which was a roundtrip of about 40 miles. Very pleased with the outcome.

Appointment made the dau before and updated the next day. Arrived on time, were neat and organized. Removed old wall mount and installed new one. Took old tv and trash. Both were very courtesious and professional in setting up our internet and other perferred choices

I have used Best Buy install on numerous occasions. And I have not been disappointed. I encourage anyone who is not satisfied, speak to the installers communicate. If I ever had a concern or issue I have communicated with them directly, and we have been able to resolve any concerns. Set an expectation for how you want the finished project to look, prior to them, beginning work, and iron out any wrinkles. I have just been so pleased with the service at Best Buy offers.

Installation and setup done by Zac and James of MasTec. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the whole process and I commend these gentlemen on being an asset to their company. I give them both a 10+ rating.

Installation team arrived on time - early, actually. Installation was done quickly and well. Team explained some useful features on device, knowledgeably answered any questions i had, and would readily have stayed as long as required had i had more questions.

The two Geek Squad guys arrived at my apartment building 15 minutes after they called. They scoped out the path they needed to take, brought in the TV and wall mount, marked the wall with blue painters tape to show where the mount needed to be and had the TV mounted with no cords showing in just a few minutes. This was a simple TV installation with no other equipment to be connected. I have used Geek Squad for years and have never had a disappointing experience. But Geek Squad is not a product so quality is dependent on your local Best Buy and who they hire and how they supervise. I am a Total Tech member so installation was free.

Best idea ever!!!! The gentlemen knew what to do and was very courteous! Job was completed in no time once they were scheduled and here!
