Bought the wall mount for the Samsung TV. This is great addition to our kids bedroom. It was perfectly wall mounted by geek squad and easy to grasp.

Scheduling was a major problem and the original team arrived more than an hour before the start of their scheduled arrival time and we were not home. That created major consternation since we were not able to reach BestBuy by phone for more than an hour. We then traveled to the local Best Buy where the manager, Xavier, interceded and made accommodations to re-book us for the following week. Kudos to Xavier! Then the team that actually did the install, led by Aaron, was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did a great job!

I was so impressed with Alex D. the Geek Squad guy who installed our 85-inch Sony TV on the wall he also solved a problem we had with the speaker. He and his helper were very courteous and worked quickly. Alex's excellent knowledge and advice was outstanding. They removed the old TV and helped store it till our daughter could pick it up. A great team the best of the best.

The quality of the install was excellent and the installers arrived on time and were neat. 4 Stars because prce was substasntially higher than install offered by LG and by BJ's. Also, because sound bar moung had to go under wall moung bracket, I had geek squad install sound bar at the same time. I thought that the sound bar install should have been discounted when done with the TV but there was no such discount.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with service from a company. Mounting a 65 inch TV two guys came out from geek squad they knew exactly what they needed to do. They asked for customer feedback on the height of the TV. The TV was hung so straight I could not believe it. They even took a little vacuum and vacuumed up the little stuff on the floor. It was the best experience I would highly recommend their service.

The two men that came were very nice and prompt. They asked us our preferences and then hung the tv and hid the wires in the wall. They explained how to use the tv, cleaned up and left. Everything was perfect.

The agents were able to use an existing mount i had at the house. They installed the Tzv over my fireplace with such professionalism i was delighted.

I was reminded the day before the scheduled visit they were coming. That morning, after loading their vehicles, I was called and given an estimate time of arrival. 20 minutes before they arrived, I was called and advised again. No surprises. The crew (2 men) moved a wall mounted 65 inch TV from one room to another. Then wall mounted a new 55 inch TV to the first wall. My crew was courteous, professional, helpful by providing advice and recommendations, friendly, and patient. The TVs are placed where we wanted, level, connected to all the devices that TVs are connected to. IOW totally operational when they were done. I will not have any reservations to call the Geek Squad for this type work.

The installation of our new flat screen tv was handled professionally by the team of people from the Geek Squad. They were very through and cleaned up everything after the installation. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The two installers, Brody and co-worker arrived on time and efficiently installed the wall bracket and TV. In addition, they helped set up the TV. They were efficient and very professional! Excellent service!

The geek squad was on time and did an amazing job mounting 2 tv’s. A 55 inch in the bedroom and 75 inch in the living room. The team was very professional and ensured and I would highly recommend them.

The BestBuy representative ( worker) installed and connected all the cables from the smart Samsung TV as well as the sound bar. Everything was done professionally. He was very courteous.

The two gentlemen who came and mounted my new televisions were knowledgeable and made suggestions while I made up my mind which helped me to decide the best spot to place them. Next year I think I'm going to purchase a 65 inch TV.

I highly recommend Geek Squad Mounting. The techs were very nice and did a great job. I remember Jose was the main installer but his helper was also very good. Just be aware that Best Buy also has a contractor other than Geek Squad that they send some customers to. I would recommend waiting for Geek Squad to be available because they are friendly and do great work. Also, if you join the Total Tech Program, you get FREE installation for any NEW TV you buy while you are a member which is pretty cool imo. The installation service for my tv was worth it. The people who came were very professional. They had to put a hole in my wall to run a cable through and did a very professional job in a short period of time. They answered all of my questions.

The agents mounted this TV and showed me cool features to make the picture look perfect. They were also very punctual, flexible, and professional.

The Geek squad did a great job mounting my new tv and connecting it to my cable and game system also they connected my sound bar to it.The geek squad was courteous and explained everything perfectly well
