    Techs showed up on time and did a great job mounting my tv. They made sure it was level, cords hid etc. great experience!

    It took over a month to get the Geek Squad to show up. Almost cancelled order and go to a third party installer. Their installation cost is well above most installer I looked into. Had to go to Best Buy store manager to get installation set up. The group that showed up were fast, efficient, cleaned up and set up the tv. Excellent installers.

    We had the wrong sized wall mount and geek squad ran to store and pocked up yne right one.

    Mounted on wall to mount already installed. did not attempt to adjust height of tv above table top. It would online a matter of unscrewing 4 bolts, reinserting those bolts and tighten.

    My appt was from 7 - 1 he came at 12:30 i waited around all morning, however he did a good job and also took that big TV box with him after mounting my TV
