The guys came out right on rime with professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of rhe items I purchased. They were willing ro assist with anything needed to complete the job. When they were done they cleaned and disposed of empty boxes from my home. After all that I was given a tutorial along with the setup and was given access to call at anytime if I had questions or needed assistance. Great job!

I would like to say that Jamar and his partner are incredibly helpful and got my 83 in LG OLED TV mount with out any issues. He then telling me to create and LG account to be able to downloading any updating for this new TV I bought. They took care of the mounting and set up the TV programs and the quality of the picture screen are flawless. I am in love with this T.V. I would recommended to any one.

Geek Squad did an excellent installation of a 75” Samsung TV with wall mount and sound bar. Very pleased!

Andrew and Thomas were quick, efficient and knowledgeable in setting up the TV.

Installer put the Sanus Elite tv stand together and mounted TV. Arrived 10 minutes after calling. Setup was easy after that. He cleaned up what little mess there was. Total time here was just over 60 minutes mostly putting stand together and mounting TV.

This product is amazing holds my 75 television and it can be pulled out from wall to face any area.

The geek squad team that installed our new TV were excellent!! The Geek Squad agent who helped us with the purchase and then set up our install appt and THEN came and installed was Kirk ( that’s the name I remember ). He was absolutely the best- took time to do a thorough job. His partner on the job ( I think his name was Jayson) was also very good and willing to do the best job possible. They surpassed my expectations by a mile!

Great Service from the Geek Squad Techs. They had my new mount and 55” TV set up in about 30 minutes. Very polite and knowledgeable.

The guys called 24hrs ahead to confirm a smaller arrival window, and also called me as they wrapped up their previous install. They were knowledgable, efficient, and they we're good conversation.

I had geek squad install a 70 inch tv on my wall. They showed up on time and were very fast with the install. They knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up, went above and beyond and cleaned up everything they did. Great job

The agents were on time and they mounted my tv perfectly. They verified the spot I wanted and cleaned up any dust left behind.

As always , the geek squad technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure the TV was mounted properly and programmed the TV and explained everything. Asked if there was anything we wanted programmed special and they set it up for us.

Install for great. They were a great team. Did not leave until all systems were working. How do I the boxes and packaging material. I would recommend using greek squad installers.

Geek squad contacted me prior to their arrival and were ptompt on the arrival time. Techs did a quick site survey. Prepared the wall mount. Mounted the TV and connected it to my cable system. Ensured all was operational prior to departure. Great job and service provided!

The Geekers did a great job. We already had a heavy duty wall mount for the set we were replacing, but it turned out that the mounting hardware on our new TV was placed far lower than on the set we replaced. So the guys completely removed the wall mount and re-installed lower it so that the new set’s location was perfect. They then reconnected our HDMI cables, programmed our cable remote for the new set, and tested everything. Finally they cleaned the room completely and even carried our old TV out to my car so that I could re-home it at a friend’s house. Very professional, and very friendly.

The two Geek Squad guys arrived at my apartment building 15 minutes after they called. They scoped out the path they needed to take, brought in the TV and wall mount, marked the wall with blue painters tape to show where the mount needed to be and had the TV mounted with no cords showing in just a few minutes. This was a simple TV installation with no other equipment to be connected. I have used Geek Squad for years and have never had a disappointing experience. But Geek Squad is not a product so quality is dependent on your local Best Buy and who they hire and how they supervise. I am a Total Tech member so installation was free.

The guys came into my home and were really clean. They mounted the TV very fast and also were super knowledgeable. I had a TV mounted a couple years ago as well and was very happy with the results.

The contractor that installed my flat screen was very nice and professional. I had a question after installation and he quickly got back to me. Maybe it’s me but I always prefer dealing with an actual Geek squad member. The contractor was very nice however. So it’s difficult for me to rate the Geek squad when I had zero interaction.
