I think that bolt installers did a great job and we’re very a professional

Geek Squad was fantastic! Two gentlemen came to the house, installed it, and explained how everything worked. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience!

Randy and Nick from Charlotte, NC were a great team for this installation. They were very knowledgeable, competent and efficient with handling this installation. There had been a problem with the scheduling but it got resolved and the best team were sent to ge the job done.

The installation was fine! They initially loaded the wrong TV at the store but caught the error immediately. Installers arrived on time, put up the wall mount and mounted the TV without issue. Only 2 stars because the installer "misinformed" me (hopefully he didn't lie!) when he upsold me on a My Best Buy Plus membership during the installation. I asked if that would extend the return window to 60 days, he said yes. He also volunteered that it would qualify me for a partial refund if Best Buy dropped the price of the TV within 60 days. He specifically mentioned July sales. The price of the set dropped $400 this week (July 15th). I contacted Best Buy. They claimed that the return window expired after 15 days (3 days ago, naturally) and that the price match wouldn't apply retroactively, anyway. You can trust Geek Squad's TV mounting know-how! But be careful with anything they say.

The guys were super professional and really took the time. The took the TV off the wall three times, until we were completely satisfied with the placement. Absolute no-brainer to us as the mounting gives ultimate peace of mind!

James was the Geek tech who came to install my wall mount TV. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in helping me navigate my new TV. I hope James is the installer for my next purchase. He really knows his stuff!

I had purchased a 65” television an another big area box store. When it was installed it was like a race for the two installers to see how fast they could finish. They even installed the mount right over the cable connection and wouldn’t even take the box away. Best Buy installed did my next tv install. FIRST CLASS INSTALL! Took their time, measured, tested and took the box and all packing then cleaned up around better than how they found my home. I’m only buying from Best Buy on ANY electronic purchase.

I was so impressed with Alex D. the Geek Squad guy who installed our 85-inch Sony TV on the wall he also solved a problem we had with the speaker. He and his helper were very courteous and worked quickly. Alex's excellent knowledge and advice was outstanding. They removed the old TV and helped store it till our daughter could pick it up. A great team the best of the best.

I cannot say enough about the installation on my TV, Sound Bar and Wall mount. They were there when they said they would be, they quickly and cleanly installed everything and did not leave until I was comfortable with the operation.

Two man crew came out. They were friendly and knowledgeable. No problems with installation.

The guys who helped hang my TV on the wall couldn't have been more professional and courteous. They respected my house, kept their distance with social distancing guidelines in effect, and also wore their masks the entire time. The TV took some time to get on the wall, but that was to be expected because the wall we were mounting the TV on has a firewall about 5 inches behind the drywall which cannot be easily drilled into. Also, the the TV is 75 inches and quite heavy, so they took great care in planning things out making sure everything was safe and stable. The studs were also spaces a little oddly on that particular wall, but they rolled with it and took care of things nicely. I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking to have someone hang a TV for them.

Expert and professional care and installation of 77 inch TV and sound bar. They did a thorough set-up of it all. Not tech people -- with only have basic remote knowledge-.they made it easy for us. Very friendly and gracious. Excellent clean-up! High quality representation of the best of Bestbuy!

Our installer, Peter and David from the El Centro Geek Squad were awesome! Peter and David were very professional, they measured where we want our TV and sound bar mounted. They double checked and triple checked the measurements making sure everything is centered. Peter set up our remote so we could control everything on one remote. After installation, Peter was showing us how th rv worked a d notices our wifi was lagging. Made a recommendation on how we can upgrade with our provider. We did that the next day, and our wifi speed quadruple. If Peter had not tell us we can get an upgrade, we would still be stuck with an outdated router. Peter and David cleaned up everything and in our opinion, went above and beyond. We are enjoying our new TV. Thank you Peter and David and Geek Squad.

Jose was wonderful! He mounted my tv and connected all my devices. He was patient answering all my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call the Geek Squad again!
