They did an awesome job. The mounting bracket is sturdy and functional-perfect for the new Toshiba tv we purchased for Mom for Christmas! She is 85 years young and having a larger screened TV on a mount on the wall is so much more enjoyable for her to see. We recommend. Oh and join Total tech if you have not already-it is totally worth it. Geek Squad is AMAZiNG! Leave it to the pros! They were wonderful in every way, as they have been for all of our recent purchases and installations!

Was contemplating whether to use Geek Squad for installation but they did an excellent job. Their main concern is making sure the tv is placed perfectly for you, and they are quick and professional. Highly recommended.

The team that came to my house knew exactly what they were doing. TV placement required a new mount, which fortunately, they had on the truck. They mounted the new mechanism after measuring and adjusting carefully so the placement was just right. They vacuumed up the mess from drilling, took away the massive box and mountain of packing material, and left everything working properly. The walked me through the new controls so I was able to enjoy my new TV right away. I'm a happy customer!

The two guys that installed our 98” Samsung did an excellent job. The TV is a monster and weighs over 150 pounds requiring a heavy duty wall mount bolted securely and squarely into the 2x6 wall studs Using an electronic wall scanner. No fuss no muss in and out in an hour Interfacing the TV with the other electronics and going over the TV settings was a snap. Very professional and polite

agents arrived as scheduled and proceeded with installation of TV via wall mount. Very efficient and proceeded to walk through functions and operation

Guys came in mounted and installed my new 75’ TV with no issues! They were professional and explained the TV functions. The geek squad made sure everything was perfect before they left.

My Geek Squad service was amazing! I had the pleasure of having Dorian and crew as my Geek Squad Experts. They called me when they were headed to my house. They arrived earlier than I expected - they wore face masks and shoe covers - they were courteous - careful - and efficient. I received great customer service and was also empowered with knowledge because they answered all of my questions (and I had A LOT). I am so happy that I chose to purchase the mounting service. The mount seems to allow us a better view of the TV from all angles within the room. The TV - the service accessories...........everything is great! I am so happy about my purchase.

Geek squad members did an amazing job with TV mount and installation. They took care of lingering wires as well and helped to keep installation clean and neat.

Geek Squad - Steve, was very professional and efficient when installing our new 55”TV on the wall. He was very respectful of our living room, and careful not to make a mess, and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything and made sure we understood what he was saying. Was unsure about paying the extra money for installation and setup. For a 65 inch tv the service was well worth it. They did a nice job setting up and making sure the tv was hooked into my surround system and other devices and gave me tips.

Beautiful quality TV easy instructions on working remotes and products the installation was unbelievable leave I haven't known about the service before
