Great service with best buy GEEK SQUAD. Hung our tv in our family room. Knew exactly what they were doing. Perfect height. They were so polite and fabulous to work with.

Excellent service when the Geek Squad arrived. Set up was fast and no mess. All boxes, etc taken out. Explanation of how to use and other settings to get familiar with was excellent.

Geek Squad is always great, but this was above and beyond. We had our Frame tv mounted into our tile fireplace and GS even had a vacuum to make sure they didn't leave any dust from drilling into the tile. Setup was easy and would do it again.

The agents were supremely helpful in installing my tv. I had to return one and replace it with one i bought instead and they were great about it. They were almost too helpful trying to tell me things about the tv i already knew lol. I already had a smaller LG tv. I appreciated all their help especially during this COVID-19 time. They are risking a lot supposedly. Who knows how serious this thing really is. They wore masks and gloves and set up a safety perimeter that i wasnt allowed to cross, which actually made it harder when they were trying to tell me things about the tv as i have to actually do things to learn them. I will definitely use Geek Squad a hundred more times im sure and i gotta tell ya the Total Tech plan is a great money saver.

The installation was fine! They initially loaded the wrong TV at the store but caught the error immediately. Installers arrived on time, put up the wall mount and mounted the TV without issue. Only 2 stars because the installer "misinformed" me (hopefully he didn't lie!) when he upsold me on a My Best Buy Plus membership during the installation. I asked if that would extend the return window to 60 days, he said yes. He also volunteered that it would qualify me for a partial refund if Best Buy dropped the price of the TV within 60 days. He specifically mentioned July sales. The price of the set dropped $400 this week (July 15th). I contacted Best Buy. They claimed that the return window expired after 15 days (3 days ago, naturally) and that the price match wouldn't apply retroactively, anyway. You can trust Geek Squad's TV mounting know-how! But be careful with anything they say.

Best Buy Review I recently visited Best Buy to upgrade my home entertainment system, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The guys that set up my TV were very helpful in explaining how it works and how to sign into the different apps. We are beyond the age of knowing about computers and logging in and they explained to us perfectly. Love the geek squad service.

The team that installed my TV were punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.

Three guys showed up, each worked independently to prep the wall mount, unpacking the tv and prepped the surround bar and system for install. Hung the tv, set up the surround system and gave a run down of operation. Very smooth, efficient and thorough process.

They were to dismount and relocate a plasma tv, install new mount an unpack, mount and setup new tv and AVR and reprogram urc and haul off a rear projection dlp set. On arrival they said did not do urc programming or haul-off. Other people need to be scheduled to do that. I finally managed to get the haul-off a couple weeks later and canceled the urc programming for now. TV mount seems ok, but keep getting messages to setup remote (even after selecting to not see it anymore, and about needing ARC. I could not airplay to the AVR (It is connected to net via lan connection but they left it connected by WiFi … I turned it off WiFi then it appears in my AirPlay options). They left a panel off the back of the TV with no explanation, I discovered the panel still in its foam sheet packing cover after they had left.

Tremendous job by these professionals. Very helpful and professional when they mounted our new 77in TV perfectly. The were knowledgeable with other tech areas I had questions about, and had great suggestions on how to optimize all our families media needs. I wouldn't hesitate to have them out again for any other tech services needed. Thank you, Iverson and your team!

The Geek Squad installed our TV & checked to be sure they hooked up every device we had b4 & showed us how to use everything. They were knowledgeable, respectful & insalled everything in a timely manner.

The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the installation in a timely manner. They answered all our questions, and were courteous and polite. Very pleased with overall experience.

We’ve replaced 3 old tv’s in the past couple years with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. All have gone smoothly and flawlessly. This last time we only had one “Geek” come, usually with the big screen tv’s they’ve sent 2. We can’t help much due to back/shoulder issues, but this guy was great. Did the whole thing (removing old mount, replacing it with new mount, and getting the 65 in. TV up there with no problems.
