I can’t say enough about the professionalism attitude and skills of the two gentlemen who installed our TV. They answered all our questions addressed our concerns handle everything with skill, cleanliness, and care. There’s a reason why we wouldn’t consider doing any work of this nature without the Geek Squad.

Very professional, super tidy, perfect installation

I can honestly say the delivery, unboxing and wall mounting of my large (and HEAVY) tv was the BEST installation experience I have had from any retail company. Justin & his team showed a professionalism and friendliness that went beyond just getting the job done. Even though there were problems with the television itself, he made sure we were taken care of by arranging a replacement, and coming back to complete the job himself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Geek Squad for ANY delivery & installation job after his excellent experience. I only wish other companies showed this kind of dedication and respect for their customers.

The technicians were great! The system of setting up appointments is lousy. Did Best Buy intend to have no human available for customer service? The request was to have the appointment after 10:30 a.m. My husband is bedridden and the nurse was due at 9:30 a.m. The cost of delivery and installation was more than the cost of the TV itself! What a rip-off for the elderly!

The agents mounted our new 75” tv perfectly to our existing wall mount. Very professional & courteous in every way. Called before coming, we’re there when they said they would be, etc. Overall, very pleased with the Geek Squad!

Mount techs did an excellent job. Came two hours early when I was sound asleep, but that’s a scheduling matter I assume. We agreed they’d come back later in the day during the window I had been told 3 times verbally and in writing from Best Buy, 12-8pm. They came at 10am - said they were told 7-3. I work late so that was not great! The mounting, installing and hauling away went very well. So 5 stars for Frick and Frack - Thanks guys, you turned a negative into a win. And hey, be nicer to Rich. He is very nice. Though both were clearly committed to the customer. I just felt bad for him. The other guy was a jerk to Rich at times during the process. I didn’t catch the other guy’s name though they both made sure my expectations were met and were respectful to me. Appreciated the successful install greatly.

I didnt have time to do in home advising and set up a 2nd appointment for mounting so I opted to be advised over the phone. I was under the belief that the in-wall cord concealment and price quoted included everything needed for installation. Comparing the rates to other 3rd party mounting services it seemed like the best choice. During the appointment I was notified that and an additional piece of equipment (to extend the power supply inwall) would be needed, but they did not have this because the original order notes did not specify in wall cord concealment. Due to the increase in price, and inability to wait for a 2nd appointment I opted to go with a regular cable management system (also additional cost). I was contacted promptly by a manager to adjust the pricing of the service since I had been overcharged. Although the customer service aspect was great and handled the issue quickly and professionally, I wasn't thrilled that overall i ended up paying more vs 3rd party mounting and didn't end up with what I initially wanted.

The 2 guys that installed my tv and surround sound went above and beyond. Brett and Phil were a little bananas but in a good way ha. Can’t recommend these two enough.

the geek squad was knowledgeable and experienced. they worked quickly and efficiently. i watched as they installed the tv wall mount, 55” tv, cable box and dvd player. all i can say is i’m glad i let the professionals do the work. worth every penny!

This tv mount / 75” tv wAs installed by Best Buy. I loved it. The salesman recommended we purchase the tec package because it was actually cheaper and saved us about $250 for things we were having them do and it’s good for 1 yr. It’s great! The guys came to put together my tv stand, installed the wire thing in my wall so you can’t see the wires, then installed the tv mount, mounted my 75” tv, connected everything up, got my cable working, gave me a quick lesson, took my Huge monster dinosaur big screen tv with them, They did everything from start to finish. When my husband got home from work he was able to relax. So convenient. We will do this all the time now. Highly recommend.

Bought the wall mount for the Samsung TV. This is great addition to our kids bedroom. It was perfectly wall mounted by geek squad and easy to grasp.

These guys were the best. I know how do this myself but it was included with my 98 inch tv .Geek Squad showed up and took my old tv off the wall set up my new tv and had me sit down so they could get the perfect angle for my viewing and helped set up my audio equipment 5 star crew

The agents were able to use an existing mount i had at the house. They installed the Tzv over my fireplace with such professionalism i was delighted.

The team that delivered , mounted, and setup my new TV was absolutely great. Can't say enough praise. Due to them everything went smooth, no stone unturned. They even cleaned up surrounding installation area, as well as hauled all packaging away with them. Now that's class.

I am so happy that I paid additional money for Geek Squad to set my tv and equipment up. They did an amazing and professional job. Was done quickly and looks perfect. They techs were super friendly, polite, and very professional. Well worth my money. They set everything up and all I had to do was click the remote. Even got my apps set up as well. Doesn’t get any easier than that. And I know my equipment is set up correctly and working at its best possibilities. Looks beautiful and so professional. Perfect! Pay the money and let them do it right.

I had purchased a Sony TV and the Geek Squad membership in late January,2023. That I was so pleased with both TV and Geek Squad service I returned and bought the same TV but this time the Geek Squad service was exceptional. The technician was so helpful and spent over an hour helping me set up be second Sony TV. I was always satisfied with Best Buy in the past but this Best Buy and Gerk Squad are suburb? I am so elated I want to purchase a third Sony TV

Are used the geek squad service to mount my TV and I highly recommend the service for TV mounting. My technician was very friendly and helpful and was neat. Also, the geek squad was good at communicating what time they were going to come. Didn’t leave in a huge timeframe where I was wondering all day long when they were coming. When the technician was here, he was gone within the hour but also didn’t rush which I appreciate.

Geek Squad service exceeded my expectations. Very meticulous work, reconnecting my accessories and even controlling the usual cord chaos. My Geek also gave me good advice about adding a wall outlet and am so pleased with the convenience and clean look. I'm so glad Best Buy offers this service.
