The agents were helpful and did a great job mounting our TV. They also answered our questions about the TV and finding our way around our first Smart TV. We love where it is on our wall.

The two guys that installed our 98” Samsung did an excellent job. The TV is a monster and weighs over 150 pounds requiring a heavy duty wall mount bolted securely and squarely into the 2x6 wall studs Using an electronic wall scanner. No fuss no muss in and out in an hour Interfacing the TV with the other electronics and going over the TV settings was a snap. Very professional and polite

Every time I buy major appliances, I always go to Best Buy because of the installation, set up, and haul away service. I recently bought a 75in TV and installation was quick and the techs came on time.

The Geek Squad are good they arrived with my 65 inch tv mounted and connected everything showed me how to operate it cleaned up and left and they were fast and they also mounted a 50 inch tv

I was very pleased with the efficiency, and accuracy of the installation. They arrived within the allotted time, calling 15-20 minutes before to say they were on the way. They were calm, polite and obviously had worked together for a while, with each one doing their set task. TV was mounted exacted where and how I wanted, with very little fuss or movement of furniture. I have a very small apt which they adapted to easily. VERY PLEASED.

I highly recommend Geek Squad Mounting. The techs were very nice and did a great job. I remember Jose was the main installer but his helper was also very good. Just be aware that Best Buy also has a contractor other than Geek Squad that they send some customers to. I would recommend waiting for Geek Squad to be available because they are friendly and do great work. Also, if you join the Total Tech Program, you get FREE installation for any NEW TV you buy while you are a member which is pretty cool imo. The 2 ladies were professional and did a very good job at removing the old TV and mounting the new TV. They set the TV up the way we wanted and cleaned everything up before they left the house.

Geek Squad is the only reason I buy all my TVs from Best Buy. They deliver, set up everything, will relocate my current TV to another room I want, remove the boxes and will come back out and pick the TV up if I have any issues. And if you are a TotalTech member it's free. Other companies won't set up the TV, nor bring it inside your house, if they do offer install and wall mounts, it's separate from delivery, etc... If there's a problem, that's a whole other issue. Now with TotalTech you even get a free 2 yr warranty.

Scheduling was a major problem and the original team arrived more than an hour before the start of their scheduled arrival time and we were not home. That created major consternation since we were not able to reach BestBuy by phone for more than an hour. We then traveled to the local Best Buy where the manager, Xavier, interceded and made accommodations to re-book us for the following week. Kudos to Xavier! Then the team that actually did the install, led by Aaron, was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did a great job!

The TV mount is perfect for my outdoor patio. The technician did a great job; on time, efficient and done!
