  • Don't bother with "premium"

    The crew hung the mounting device and TV fine. That wasn't an issue. The upgrade to "premium" that will "hide the cables" is misleading. They will only hide the cables if you have open drywall (or maybe if you insist they open the drywall - not sure) and the cables go into the wall. Otherwise, all they do is clip the cables together and they are plainly visible. It's pretty deceptive marketing.
