Installed TV with mount as requested. No issues, awesome service!

The geek squad team came and installed four Tvs for my Airbnb. Very professional and great service.

The geek squad team that came to the house was great. They were quick, knowledgeable and made sure we knew how to operate everything before they left. I would definitely recommend them for an installation

Geek squad was excellent they set up my 77in LG OLED tv while informing me of all the settings and functions of my tv. Great attitude as well.

Technicians were excellent in mounting my TV & preparing it for watch ready! Awesome job. The mount I originally purchased apparently was not ideal but luckily the technician had a different one in his truck for me to purchase

The agents were helpful and did a great job mounting our TV. They also answered our questions about the TV and finding our way around our first Smart TV. We love where it is on our wall.

I purchased a large TV and paid to have the Geek Squad do the installation. I am very happy with the service they provided. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. I was also pleased at how well they made everything in my home connect together. They also made excellent recommendations to improve my system. I added a few components which they had in their vehicle. I am very pleased with the entire package and how helpful the Geek Squad was. I would highly recommend them to others for a smooth and painless TV or other electronic install.

Geek team Eric & Nate provided outstanding service - re-designing the home theater - adding components as necessary. They professionally installed TV on the wall, hiding cables and most important setting up the many user interface options. They provided a heads-up on arrival time, left the site clean, reviewed user operation and answered all my questions.

I had purchased a Sony TV and the Geek Squad membership in late January,2023. That I was so pleased with both TV and Geek Squad service I returned and bought the same TV but this time the Geek Squad service was exceptional. The technician was so helpful and spent over an hour helping me set up be second Sony TV. I was always satisfied with Best Buy in the past but this Best Buy and Gerk Squad are suburb? I am so elated I want to purchase a third Sony TV

Technician was very nice and explained as he went along. Went the extra mile to mount my TV since some hardware was missing that i wasn't aware of before hand. No complaints on his skill set and professionalism. Only concern I had was my surround sound could not be hooked up to new TV and was never disconnected from the power. Couple days later I tried to move unit, cords were so tight it would not move and unit was extremely hot due to vents were facing down on carpet. I finally was able to get unit untangled and obviously unplugged.

The Geek Squad delivered. Great team, super professional. It is an absolute no brainer to have them install anything else i purchase as well. It was just a fantastic experience.

I had geek squad install a 70 inch tv on my wall. They showed up on time and were very fast with the install. They knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up, went above and beyond and cleaned up everything they did. Great job

Was glad I opted to pay for mounting vs doing myself -they were very careful with tv and my wall -pointing out tips and recommendations was an added bonus- so much better than ordering off of Amazon or online retailer -worth having the expertise. Also worth mentioning it was performed faster I could have done it myself.

Fabulous work, very knowledgable. TV was installed on wall quickly and all stations were programed, and then we were taught how to access channels.

Hiram was extremely kind, helpful & patient. He came back to finish the job when Spectrum had not done something properly. Hiram came back as promised and made things work even though it disrupted his schedule. We cannot thank him enough. It would have been easy to just blame the problem on Spectrum and not finish the job (since he couldn't without cable working), which would have required us to call Best Buy again & start the whole process over. Hiram is a valuable asset to the company.

I cannot say enough good things about our Geek Squad technician. Very professional. Highly skilled in what he was doing. Friendly. Made sure we were completely satisfied with the work he performed.

They did an excellent job. They were really quick and knowledgeable. Even after I had a slight problem with the sound they can right back and fixed it.
