    I scheduled for the Geek Squad and somehow ended up with a sub contractor that was not quite up to the same expertise as the actual Geek Sq. Best Buy has intervened and a member of the “real” Geek Sq will be coming to set up my surround sound and adjust the tv picture. Best Buy should consider only using the real Geek Sq and not sub contractors.

    The 2 guys who set everything up were good and professional. They were wearing liners over their shoes, They set everything I asked for up.
