The guys came and mounted the TV and setup speakers with the receiver I had. However, they were unable to integrate the house speaker system into the receiver which was a let down. Other geek squad teams have been more knowledgeable. But otherwise, they did a great job in mounting the TV and setting up the sound system for the TV.

I was prepared to never go to Best Buy again UNTIL they came out and fixed the mounting. The "squad" was exceptional, proficient, friendly and respectful. Perhaps they should do an inservice with some of the sales people on the floor. I will return because of this positive experience with the service that Best Buy is capable of!

DELIVERD , UNPACKED AND MOUNTED SET UP SOUND BAR AND BASS SPEAKER ALL IN SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. KIMO THE INSTALLER WAS SPOT ON TOK AWAY THE BOXES AS WELL A ++++

The gentlemen arrived as scheduled. When it was realized that the mounting devise was not what was intended, they retrieved the appropriate one and got it installed right away. Very professional and courteous.

The geek squad were helpful in setting up my new tv. They made sure that I could use the tv remote correctly and took away all garbage including the old tv.

Geek Squad is the only reason I buy all my TVs from Best Buy. They deliver, set up everything, will relocate my current TV to another room I want, remove the boxes and will come back out and pick the TV up if I have any issues. And if you are a TotalTech member it's free. Other companies won't set up the TV, nor bring it inside your house, if they do offer install and wall mounts, it's separate from delivery, etc... If there's a problem, that's a whole other issue. Now with TotalTech you even get a free 2 yr warranty.

Installation and setup done by Zac and James of MasTec. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the whole process and I commend these gentlemen on being an asset to their company. I give them both a 10+ rating.

The guys who installed all my TV's and sound bars were punctual and professional...they were so knowledgeable and easy to talk to as well I highly recommend you ask the squad to install every piece of tech u have in your home!!

They assembled a tabletop TV sand and attached it to the TV. Their work was fine but quite expensive, $249.

The agents mounted this TV and showed me cool features to make the picture look perfect. They were also very punctual, flexible, and professional.

Two guys came out and put up 3 TV's for me. Great guys, very, very fast. Full set up, hooked up my apple TV's, RokuTV's and my cable boxes. Everything worked great. They did all 3 TV's in about an hour. Very professional.

The geek squad removed the existing tv moved it to another room; installed the new LG TV and disposed of it. They setup both tv’s Everything was completed efficiently. I highly recommend the geek squad.

Geek Squad was excellent once again. The job was a pretty simple articulating TV bracket installation, but it needed to be affixed to a decorative brick fireplace. I called as I was too busy at work to get the work done before an important event at our home, and they were able to schedule us quickly. The communications, work, and clean-up after the job was completed were all very professional.

This tv mount / 75” tv wAs installed by Best Buy. I loved it. The salesman recommended we purchase the tec package because it was actually cheaper and saved us about $250 for things we were having them do and it’s good for 1 yr. It’s great! The guys came to put together my tv stand, installed the wire thing in my wall so you can’t see the wires, then installed the tv mount, mounted my 75” tv, connected everything up, got my cable working, gave me a quick lesson, took my Huge monster dinosaur big screen tv with them, They did everything from start to finish. When my husband got home from work he was able to relax. So convenient. We will do this all the time now. Highly recommend.

This is a big TV and Geek squad did a fantastic job mounting it on my wall. They are so professional and courteous. Explained me everything in detail and answers all my questions with patience. I highly recommend GeekSq for all installations.
