Geek Squad came out and mounted our new tv. I suppose it wouldn’t be impossible to mount and set up a 75” tv yourself. The real issue is getting it to the house. Several times I’ve been at Best Buy and have seen someone trying to cram a big screen into their personal vehicle. They brought it in, set it up and took all the packing materials with them. They were very professional and fast. Answered all my questions and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I highly recommend utilizing this service and like with most delivery services...don’t forget to tip.

I had BestBuy deliver and install my 85” QN90C Samsung television and couldn’t have been more happy with it. Arrived on time and very professional throughout. They even removed my old TV from the wall and disposed it and all of the packaging material and box.

The Geek Squad installer did an excellent and neat job installing my 55” TV set. Everything plumb, level, and centered. He answered my questions and asked me questions.

Agents arrived and very courteous. Pulled mounting bracket out of box, made connections on televisionn and attached to wall. Checked for balances Finished in no time.

They were very precise in showing me where the tv would be on the wall by placing temporary tape showing where it would be and had me choose how high or low to mount it. They had good input to help me decide. I had purchased the wall mount and surge suppressor to match my walls and everything went together beautifully. They helped set up the Google TV part of the tv, which was great as that part is all new to me. When finished they hauled out all of the packaging and cleaned up. It was great.

Great work, great team, great experience. I highly recommend Best Buy for tv installation. This is about the 8th time I have used Best Buy for home theater or plain tv hanging. They do a great job and stand behind their work!

Quick and excellent service! I'm so glad we hired Geek Squad to wall mount our TV as they were professional, quick, and accurate in what they did! This is the second time in two weeks I have purchased the Premium Mounting Service through Best Buy and would highly recommend!!! These guys are fantastic! In fact, from the time of purchase until completion of instal the entire process is stress free and painless which is exactly how we like it! My husband and I are busy and my husband stresses over jobs like this! It’s not worth us doing it ourselves and Best Buy does it on your schedule and is neat, quick and super professional! The Geek Squad team came out on time. They were very professional. They installed my Frame TV.

Geek Squad is the best at Best Buy. Professional and Instructional. I had Kennan Conner whom took his time and patience with me as I'm not a geek but I'm learning. Kennan did a wonderful job. I usually pick up after workers installing items but I the installation was complete it was instruction time. Very informative as to teaching me how it works and as I keep playing with it I learn more. I can't thank you enough for making my day installing my new TV. Thank you so so much.

Smooth and flawless wall mounted tv installation. Attention to detail was superb and installers addressed all my questions about future upgrades to my home theater.

The Technicians were amazingly professional. They listened attentively to my concerns both positive and negative. They addressed my concerns. They explained exactly what they were able to do and how that would look. They also ask me to let them know if I was not satisfied. They did not disappoint me. They did a great job.

My TV was hung too high. I requested 6 inches above my original TV stand, but there was a miscommunication between the 2 third party geek squad installers and it was hung 17 inches. It was light watching TV in the front row of a movie theater. Best Buy was awesome and sent another geek squad employees to lower the mount. However it could only be lowered another 6 inches due to the in wall cable installation. Now the screws holes show above the TV. A damage report was to be entered but I have not heard from anyone yet. I have tried to call but am unable to get through. I would recommend the geek squad because they did an awesome job of installing but MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE AS TO THE HIEGHT.
