    I was supposed to get a Geek Squad install team; even decided to wait an extra 3 days, but got a 3rd party installer instead. They mounted both brackets surrounding the electrical plug, so when something is plugged in, you can't move the TV all the way back any more. Finally, one of the TVs is not straight.

    The tech did a good job finding studs and mounting appropriately. He ran into a small problem with a screw but adapted well to complete the job.
