the geek squad was knowledgeable and experienced. they worked quickly and efficiently. i watched as they installed the tv wall mount, 55” tv, cable box and dvd player. all i can say is i’m glad i let the professionals do the work. worth every penny!

Mr Jason and Mr Carter were excellent explaining what they were doing as they installed the wall mount. They welcomed my questions. The two of them were VERY PROFESSIONAL!

The guys were awesome. If you're not fully confident in where and how you want your TV mounted, I definitely recommend them for that peace of mind. Quick, professional and they didn't mind adjusting wall placement and even cleaned up when they were done. They made sure everything worked, explained it all and didn't leave until they knew I was happy.

The Geek Squad are good they arrived with my 65 inch tv mounted and connected everything showed me how to operate it cleaned up and left and they were fast and they also mounted a 50 inch tv

Geek squad comes through again the technicians were very knowledgeable installed the TV have any problems stayed and set it up and made sure that I understood how the TV worked

Had another great install from the guys at Best Buy. My 83 inch oled was installed and well as the cables. They didn’t hesitate, everything came out clean and professional.

The two Shawn’s that came out were excellent! Very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and professional! Really knew their “stuff!” I tried to tip them they were so awesome and they absolutely refused- saying it was their pleasure to help us, and they were compensated well by their company! What nice guys and a great installation experience!

Jacob was outstanding. He arrived promptly on May 3rd and helped me tremendously with everything! He is extraordinarily knowledgeable, talented, expert, efficient, understanding and very clear in his ability to explain the complete set up. Jacob is an asset to Best Buy. Thank you very much!!!!

Geek Squad was on time a dd the job quickly and very efficiently, professionals and amiably

They were friendly and courteous. Three TV was installed quickly and the old TV was taken away. The only problem was that the next day we realized that they had left the remote for the old TV and taken the remotefor the TV small TV we were using when to old one stopped working. The Best Buy store gave us a universal remote with no questions.

Scheduling was a major problem and the original team arrived more than an hour before the start of their scheduled arrival time and we were not home. That created major consternation since we were not able to reach BestBuy by phone for more than an hour. We then traveled to the local Best Buy where the manager, Xavier, interceded and made accommodations to re-book us for the following week. Kudos to Xavier! Then the team that actually did the install, led by Aaron, was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did a great job!

the two gentleman that showed up were courteous as well as very determined to make sure my TV (85 inch) was secured the best it could be for drywall. There was no way I could have done that alone. They originally had the mount mounted with screws but after they decided to change to anchors. I am extremely happy with their quality.

The agent mounted the TV in the best position for ease of use and safety. Setup all the viewing options and adjusted picture quality. Explained use of the remote.
