I gave four stars because I don't think the cost was a little high for the amount of work done. They did a good job of mounting the TV. One of the speakers is a little off on alignment but I think I can correct it. I think the cost should be $50 cheaper.

I had an excellent experience getting my tv mounted by a geek squad team member. He was very professional, timely and even cleaned up after the install.

Technicians were excellent in mounting my TV & preparing it for watch ready! Awesome job. The mount I originally purchased apparently was not ideal but luckily the technician had a different one in his truck for me to purchase

The Geek Squad guys arrived on time. They were very courteous and respectful. They set up my tv and connected it to our WiFi and even got our sound bar hooked up and working. (It wasn’t working on our previous tv). They made sure we knew how to operate our new tv. I’m very, very pleased with their service and would 100% use them again.

The installers were both personal and professional. They were also very knowledgeable in the products they were installing as well as devices I had mentioned connecting to the tv. 5 out of 5 install.

The Geek squad agents took all the necessary precautions. They were professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this service.

The two Columbus based Best Buy Geek Squad technicians who came out to deliver and wall mount my new SONY 55" TV were great. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable, and took all required covid-19 precautions while in my home. Their work was quick and the mounting looks great. It is very neat and the various cords are well organized and barely noticeable. I highly recommend these two guys. Any Best Buy customer in the Columbus area who is lucky enough to have these two guys tapped to deliver and install their new TV will be delighted with the service.

I bought two units of this service to mount the Sony X950H 65" (XBR65X950H) in the living room and the Sony X950 55" (XBR55X950H) in the master bedroom, both on the Sanus premium series swivel TV wall mount (BLF328-B1). The same technician completed the installation of both in less than 2.5 to 3 hours and was professional, friendly, and observing prescribed covid safety measures; the installation took place in early August 2020 in Anaheim, California. I am thinking about getting a third TV for the third floor and would consider using this premium TV mounting service again.

Our Geek Squad service team was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They had no trouble mounting our new TV perfectly—taking the time to ensure it was securely installed and completely level. What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable they were. They walked us through some of the TV's key settings, making sure we understood how to get the most out of it. We couldn’t be happier with the service—we’re seriously impressed!

Your service technician did an excellent job. He was very professional and polite. He had his assistant or very helpful explain throughout the process and which they were doing, as well as giving me some pointers and passing on some knowledge for me to use once they left, it has been very useful and I am very appreciative of it.

The agents were on time, went right to work and had no trouble mounting my tv on the wall. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my 75-in Sony TV weighing 95 lb onto the wall. The technicians were very thorough and ensured that everything was to my liking when they were mounting it. Once the TV was mounted, the technician went through the setup process with me and made sure I was comfortable using the TV before he left. Geek Squad did much better than I expected and I would definitely recommend them for TV installation.

I am a person who never leaves a good review. I occasionally leave bad reviews if my experience was particularly unpleasant. So, having said this, that I deliberately take my precious weeknight time to write a review definitely shows how impressed I am. Travis called ahead to give me a heads-up on his arrival time. His voice was pleasant and his attitude even on the phone was very respectful. He arrived at our house and accommodated my particular wish. He was very respectful and careful about my things and my house in general. He was even holding his work bag for a few minutes until a towel was laid on the floor so he wouldn't scratch my wood floor. And this was his idea! I know I know exactly what I want, and can be somewhat particular about my requests. I expressed how I liked my TV to be installed and also how a certain area should be not blocked, and at what height, etc. When he anticipated that a certain aspect of my request could not exactly happen due to the mount I chose, he patiently and thoroughly explained the structural limit of the mount back and the alternative area (just a few inches away from what I had originally in mind). I think I had him repeat a few times, for mechanic stuff is not my strong suit. All through this, he was ever so pleasant to work with. I changed my mind after he marked with a tape about the installation location. He didn't mind one bit, and even gave me a very good suggestion on how it is best when our eyes fall at the 2/3 of the bottom of the TV screen. That was very helpful when I was indecisive. He completed the installation and checked if I was happy with it, and when I asked if he could also install cable line hiding trim molding, despite his tight schedule, he installed that one, as well for me. His craftsmanship of that installation was BEAUTIFUL! He also connected my TV to the internet and walked through with me on all the useful tips on how to enjoy my Android TV with my google account, You tube, etc. I learned one very important thing of connecting my phone to the TV, so I can watch from TV what I was watching on my cell phone. My husband and I LOVE this function we didn't know about. From the beginning to the end, Travis was RESPECTFUL, had a FANTASTIC attitude, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, willing to accommodate a customer's requests. He is a top-notch geek! I am thoroughly impressed with Travis. With that kind of work ethic and good attitude, this young man is bound to be successful and will move up in his life! They did a nice and professional job. Could i have done this myself probably, but it was worth the service for the delivery and mounting for this size tv. I didnt have to worry about anything and it was mounted to a great height based on their expierence, room size, and couch distance. Also was willing to give me a complete run through of the device and setup, i did not need it; but really it was unexpected and probably would be useful for most customers. No complaints and only praise from me.

The young gentlemen that installed my tv were respectful, efficient and very pleasent. Couldn't have asked for more.
