I am completely happy with my first Total Tech experience. The consultant, Charlie Uyeda visited our home in anticipation of our remodel. Based on our needs, and the home layout, he was able to provide information that we needed to make the best decision. We are completely happy with the Sony Mini LED purchase and installation. We look forward to having Charlie as a part of our 'remodel team', seeing the completion of our remodel with new replacement of additional security devices and TV, computer, printer networks.

My technician Ryan was amazing. He texted me first thing in the morning confirming the appointment and even asked if I needed anything else before he arrived. He came on time, was extremely professional and CLEAN! I hate when I have someone install something and they leave a mess. Not Ryan, he made sure everything was perfect before he left. He did a wonderful job installing and mounting my TV and even made sure my Roku account and all the other apps were signed in and connected to my wifi. He went above and beyond and I am extremely satisfied. I look forward to having him back for my next project.

Technicians Nam Le and Matt were so professional and knowledable. Job was done quickly and they answered all my questions too. Terrific technicians!

The agents were excellent both with installation and overall knowledge. Unfortunately my first TV was bad out of the box but the lead agent took it upon himself to set everything up again for him personally to come back out to house with new TV. Even though it was weeks later, I felt the gentleman genuinely cared about the situation so was worth the wait.

Needed delivery & install for an 85” Sony. Was supposed to be completed between noon Squad finally showed at 7:30 and project was installed and operational within 40 minutes.

The installation and delivery technicians were excellent. They were efficient and they also practice safety when entering my home by wearing mask. They were knowledgeable and installed my television and wall mount seamlessly. However, I was told by the technician after I asked why the cords were not inside of the wall that the salesperson failed to add a wall kit. I explained to him that I told the salesperson that I wanted the courts inside of the wall but the wall kit was not added and I was told that I needed to pay an additional delivery and installation fee so I will be contacting the store manager to discuss this.

Great team and great precision. They went above and beyond.

Second time we used the service and had friendly gentleman come do they exchanged the tvs very quickly in and out in about 45 minutes the update to the tv took the longest time but stayed to make sure everything worked

Thomas C and James did a great job. Very professional and informative on installation and use of tv. They went above and beyond with the delivery and installation. Highly recommend them. The manager Josh also went above and beyond to make this installation happen flawlessly special thanks to Josh and Thomas for going the extra mile to make everything happen perfectly!!

Put tv mount up & attached new tv. After a few days noticed tv was no longer level. My contractor was over one day & he checked. There was some adjustment the installers forgot to do, & he corrected it.

The best service I have experienced so far. I was skeptic about it at 1st but the Geek Squad was amazing so clean,professional & Informative on site. Will Def call them again for install.

Agents installed new TV mount and then attached the new TV. Everything looks great.

Fast and efficient. Very professional. I had my own mount and they used it no problem. The left no mess and configured the audio on the TV for the space. Absolutely no complaints, would absolutely use again!

Outstanding service! They arrived on time and stayed long enough to make sure everything was working. I called them back to tweak an adjustment on my sound system and they were prompt and courteous. Shane is an exceptional Tech, both his knowledge and his personality.

It was done quickly with no mess left behind. The TV looks great, and the mount exceeds what we originally expecte, it even turns smoothly with the 80” TV to almost 90 degrees.

All good for most part . Just fo my application they couldn’t use my Roku mount. They used another mount that cost me another $110 which was disappointing but everything is good and I am enjoying my big Roku tv on the wall . Thanks Geek Squad!

The men mounted and power sourced an 85” tv, mounted the sound bar and power sourced the tv’s in 2 additional bedrooms. Their professionalism and service was outstanding. I recommend them highly.
