    Best buy sent a third party to do the installation. It was not actual geek squad. Best buy did not inform my that a third party was coming out. I ordered for an in wall installation but they claimed it wasnt on the order and they could not so the in wall. They mounted my tvs and that was all. It was something i could have done myself.
