The Geek Squad technicians were very friendly and did an excellent job of installing and setting up our new television, stand, and sound bar. They explained the operation of the new equipment very well and answered our questions. Our only disappointment was we could not make a telephone contact with them afterwards about a question we had so we had to do so bu contacting the local Best Buy tech people.

This mount does its job for sure. Planned on putting the TV in the corner of my living room but ended up having to mount it flat to a wall because it was too big for the mount to do all that. Still love it

Was told at the store when placing order that the crew ‘worked on older homes all the time and that lath and plaster walls were fine…’ Order placed by store associate thusly included parts necessary to conceal wires into wall. Crew showed up and said they don’t cut into lath walls and that they would have to surface mount. Crew promised to return parts and we wouldn’t be charged. This hasn’t been the case and after speaking with store manager, was informed that the crew hadn’t yet put the parts back into system yet and not to worry we wouldn’t be charged. Now have filed a dispute with Best Buy. Also should have installers write down instructions for the new universal remote ….

Guys came in mounted and installed my new 75’ TV with no issues! They were professional and explained the TV functions. The geek squad made sure everything was perfect before they left.

They arrived earlier than I expected - they wore face masks and shoe covers - they were courteous - careful - and efficient. I received great customer service and was also empowered with knowledge because they answered all of my questions (and I had A LOT). I am so happy that I chose to purchase the mounting service. The mount seems to allow us a better view of the TV from all angles within the room. The TV - the service accessories...........everything is great! I am so happy about my purchase.

The Geek Squad installed my new Sanus wall mount on my Samsung 65” tv and set up my Rockfish wireless transmitter and receiver on my Yamaha Receiver. They were efficient and professional and provided good advise!

The Geek Squad mounted 65 inch TV to the wall quickly and carefully, wearing masks to prevent spread of COVID-19. Also compiled info for easy reference and helped with storing box in the garage.

I wasn't able to make it home in time, but they arrived while my wife was here. She complemented their professionalism and they did a good job installing. Note: They installed our 85" TCL above a massive antique display stand - flawless execution. And they did it while relating to the family and being professional.
