    The guys who installed and set up the bracket and TV were wonderful however within a few hours the quality of the picture started having trouble. Pixel breakup and snowy/hazy screen Called the Geek Squad, horrible wait time and then after about 10 minutes working with a tech guy got disconnected and he did not call back. Have called a couple of times since but wait times horrendous.

    The geek squad operators themselves were wonderful, could not have asked for nicer people. However, their equipment seems to not be the most up to date or well maintained. I now have 2 holes in my wall that I am personally having to handle the claim on due to BestBuys claim procedures.

    My TV was mounted quickly and easily. I had alot questions but they weren't very helpful. It seemed like they just wanted to hurry it up and leave. They had already placed my extra boots and spacers in there carry along bag. I figured I paid for the mount and the hardware that was included in it. That was the only issue I had. Otherwise, they were okay.
