    The agents arrived without all my purchased parts to set up and install the tv and soundbar. Had to return on a different day to complete the job.

    All the speakers aren’t working properly. I was told one of the speakers was broken and I purchased a new one and that one doesn’t work either. The new speaker cost me $245.00. It appears to be a connection issue that an installer needs to return to my house and rectify it. Please have someone contact me to schedule this. Thanks.
