    They mounted my new TV and were to move existing large screen and bracket to family room and connect it to service. This did not happen! they hung the TV on the bracket but it was connected to nothing! I have no service of any kind hooked up to the TV they moved from living room to family room. I was unfortunately not able to be home in person to supervise the installation or I never would have signed off on the job, My sister in law was there to cover for us while we were both at work. Not pleased at all with the installation!

    I could not cancel my apt so I called the Pearl City, Hawaii geek squad directly and canceled with a phone agent. This apt was canceled and the staff called to say that they are on their way…

    techs were nice and professional. they busted a cable head on my set up though and I didn't find out until the following week when I was trouble shooting something. also another cable I needed was missing and I suspect they accidentally threw it out. also they forgot to hide my wires for a cleaner look and I had to call them to come back. they returned and completed the work.
