    The person that installed my mount was very helpful and nice. But Best Buy has to do a better job with letting buyers know that you still have to buy the mount with this service. Had I known that I was paying all this money and it came without an mount I wouldn't have gotten this service.

    Nobody showed up at the first appointment. No warning and no apology received. Extremely disappointing from BestBuy. At the second appointment, the team showed up on time, installed the TV and the TV wall mount and connected all my devices.

    Service was great. Easy and seamless. I’m knocking down 2 stars because they did poke a hole in my wall trying to find the stud to hang the TV mount. I wish they would have taken the time to patch it up or at least tell me about it before discovering on my own after Geek Squad technicians left.
