The agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. I appreciated their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge!

Geek Squad Agents expediently installed, mounted new 65 inch smart tv. Agents were accommodating & knowledgeable when presented with insufficient equipment for existing/new tv.

The geek squad was on time and did a great job of hanging our tv on our wall and did set up and connection in a mannerly time . Was worth the extra to have them do this for us. Also cleared the area of trash and was very knowledgeable. thanks

The gentlemen that mounted our TV did an excellent job asking about our preferences: where we envisioned the TV, where seating would be, and then looking at lighting to ensure the TV would be mounted in the best position and at the optimal viewing angle based on those discussions. They also helped us figure out what we needed for future connection to a surround sound system. Thank you!!

Bryan is our in-home consultant & Leon was the tech. Excellent service from all three gentlemen. Yes. The third is a nice gentleman who travels and helps Leon. Always asking how they can help more. We recently purchased large TV & other items. The best of the experience is how Bryan comes to our home and visualizes how everything will look and work. Excellent knowledgable & Professional. Leon and his assistant always sharing tips and very informative when came to explain all the settings and how to get more great experiences with the products we purchased. Excellent service especially the great employee's Best But has.

The gentleman who came and set up were awesome. Yet it kind of upsets me that with the Best Buy service I purchased after this year the free in home set up is going away. After all this is why I would purchase the Best Buy service. I do understand the cost of sending service people for set up yet Best Buy could at least offer in home set up at least free if you purchase a certain dollar amount.

At first I was skeptical of purchasing this service but doing so was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Well worth the cost. The Geek Squad was so professional and they did amazing work during the install.

The agents mounted the TV on the wall quickly and efficiently. They are professional and helpful.

The Geek squad team was on time, professional, and courteous. They were careful not to make any mess and, they also wipe down the TV to remove any finger prints after it was installed. This was a surprising and impressive improvement over BEST BUY’s appliance delivery and installations which are done so very poorly by Lone Star. I have nothing really good to say about them.

Absolutely the best, the 2 guys that set up my new TV were awesome. Professional job on mounting it on the wall. No mess, no fuss, mounted , balanced and fine tuned. Couldn't ask for more.

It was a difficult install getting the cables run through the conduit in the wall. Installers were persistent and got the job done.

The Agents mounted the tv and more importantly they took the time to get me and my wife all hooked up to watch our favorite channel's. Much appreciated as they went above and beyond!

The original installers where terrible, in over thier heads. If that wasn't bad enough, they scratched our new TV console. Best Buy stepped up and sent a new crew who went above and beyond, did a great job!

The agents that came out were great !! They installed the wall mount very quickly and installed my tv on it . They also hooked up my devices to it and everything is amazing !!

Super nice guy who installed and we even had an issue that a different tech handled. Also super nice, even were great with the dog.....

Was unsure about paying the extra money for installation and setup. For a 65 inch tv the service was well worth it. They did a nice job setting up and making sure the tv was hooked into my surround system and other devices and gave me tips.

The Geek Squad guys arrived on time. They were very courteous and respectful. They set up my tv and connected it to our WiFi and even got our sound bar hooked up and working. (It wasn’t working on our previous tv). They made sure we knew how to operate our new tv. I’m very, very pleased with their service and would 100% use them again.

Mounted my 85” tv over my fireplace. Quick install and setup my devices afterward. Not done by geek squad. A third party.

Adam and Clifton are a great team. Very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to talk to. They set up the tv, connected the soundbar and woofer to the one remote. Made sure we had working apps and answered all our questions.

Your service technician did an excellent job. He was very professional and polite. He had his assistant or very helpful explain throughout the process and which they were doing, as well as giving me some pointers and passing on some knowledge for me to use once they left, it has been very useful and I am very appreciative of it.
