Bought these for my new home, wanted tv s on wall.

the tv not mounted straight, a little off, but will past.. and the coust is too much

great sound for this systen that i bought with tv.

Unfortunately the service provided didn’t satisfy the expectations that we had for the Geek Squad. Hours after the service the cable box collapsed and did a dent on the wall. We reported immediately and the technician stated that the problem will be solved the next day, but the next day never come. After a week, I went to the store to talk to the manager and he tried to get another technician but it’s going to take another 10 days to repair the problem. I asked for the refund of the service and I called a private service that came the same day and solved the issue. I hope that Best Buy have more technician to satisfy the demand of services.

A third party, not the Geek Squad, arrived 45 minutes late, then delivered and installed my new TV. After discussing the exact height requirements to mount the TV and measuring the exact height for the bottom of the TV, the third-party installers did not install the TV properly as it was too high and showed all the cables running along the wall. It was also not level on the wall. In addition, they did not explain any of the major TV functions and modes of our new TCL including setting up the firestick to interface with my sound bar. Basically, they were amateurs and would request only official Geek Squad members in the future.

Installation done by an outside vendor, not Geek Squad. Not thrilled with their performance. They seemed more intent in getting to the next job. I assume that they are paid by the job, not by the hour. The mount is up and functioning, but the explanation of the TV functions was limited.

It is working excellent. I can swivel it many ways.

This was an install for an outdoor TV bought through best buy. This was noted as going in an outdoor bar area. When the TV was delivered with the setup supposed to happen, the delivery guys said they couldn't do it at this time due to being outdoors and it was colder outside. Luckily this was a free promotion with the TV I bought so I just mounted the TV myself that day. To note- I have used best buy/geek squad service before with exceptional service so this appears to be a one time thing.

Mounts east, well, and secure. I just wish it was a little “thinner” as I used this for my 65” frame tv, which came with the mounting of its own but it did not align with the center of my wall correctly. This is a good substitute considering the circumstances.
