Geek Squad Tv Installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish the Geek Squad Installers would be able to give advice for the height of the TV. Plus, wish they took extra time to make sure the tv was actually 100% level. 65" flat panel tv.

Poor Best Buy Costumer Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sent the same installers twice. Both times they refused to put the mount where I wanted it. We had to redo it ourselves because we had to wait too long to find a third vacation day on a Wednesday for these same installers to come back. I'm told I wasn't charged for either install, but I'm pretty sure I was charged for one of them when I look through the very confusing list of transactions. I'm so over this entire process. Did I mention the second broken TV they sent is still broken and they won't make it right because we were three days past the 60 day return date. The funny thing is that we didn't even have it in use for the first couple weeks because of all they delivery issues. They don't care about this fact. Rules are rules n and we start fresh with a new best buy robot everytime we call. It's like I need to find a vacation day just to call. Ask me why I was three days past your deadline by the time I found time to call about our broken TV.

Installed TV mount quickly!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Agents mounted the TV quickly however, they didn't take the old TVs scheduled for "Haul-away". It seemed like they were in a rush to leave and made me feel uncomfortable asking questions.

Useless installers
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installers arrived on time as indicated. We reviewed what needed to be done. The most importance thing is to dispose of the large old TV set. If they are not able to do it, I would have refuse the delivery and hire someone that are able. The installers appeared to be able to moved the old TV and install the new TV. After the TV is mounted to the wall, the installer told me that they are not able to take the old TV away. Giving all kinds of excuses of the unit is too heavy, we don't have room in our van, we could not lift it up the van... They left the old TV on the sidewalk and took off. It is the most unresponsive service I have ever experienced. They are not Geek squad...THEY ARE WEAK SQUAD.
