Best Buy delivered and mounted my new Samsung OLED tv. The 2 people that did the mounting did a great job & were very efficient and courteous.

Called with updates on arrival. Easy, quick professional install. Knowledgeable, helpful with information on the TV, how to setup everything, couldn't have been any better.

I normally do all my installation of gadgets myself, but I recently had surgery and just wasn't up for it. I wasn't expecting much from the install guy, but wow, he was awesome! Not only did he make the mount strong enough that someone could hang off of it, but he also knew his way around the menus of the TV and soundbar so well that it was like lightning. He explained everything in detail and was just fantastic. He knew his stuff and was pleasant to work with. I could not be happier with the installation. The TV looks great, and the service was the best I have ever received from ANY Best Buy employee, period.

Professional, friendly, and fast. They were very concerned about getting my TV mounted exactly where I wanted it and getting it done right. They answered all my questions and showed a genuine respect for my house. No mess was left and it looks fabulous. I will be scheduling another TV mounting and will be asking for the the young men that did this one.

The install guys were excellent. They took their time and made several adjustments so the TV hung perfectly. Also solved a rear speaker sound issue on second LG TV. Very professional

Geek Squad is the best at Best Buy. Professional and Instructional. I had Kennan Conner whom took his time and patience with me as I'm not a geek but I'm learning. Kennan did a wonderful job. I usually pick up after workers installing items but I the installation was complete it was instruction time. Very informative as to teaching me how it works and as I keep playing with it I learn more. I can't thank you enough for making my day installing my new TV. Thank you so so much.

The picture is so crisp and amazing. The two guys that came to install were super professional. They gave me their personal number which I had to use afterwards to answer any questions. They answered without any issue or hesitation and were super helpful.

Geek Squad have been an on-team when I need help with my computer or printer, or TV, they are Johnny on the spot, I do not know what I would do with-out them, Thanks Guys and keep up the good work!!!

I'm so glad I ordered this particular installation service. They were prompt, super friendly and very quick. They asked where and how I wanted my television mounted and where my blue ray player was going as well. They installed everything and set everything up. They even made sure that I was familiar with my new tv and blue ray player, the remotes and how they worked, how to adjust settings, etc. They made sure that I knew what I was doing and answered all of my questions. I'm pretty savvy and catch on quick. This saved me precious time setting everything up and hooking up to the DVR and satellite and hooking into the Wi-Fi, plus I'm tiny and couldn't have installed it on the wall myself. (Way too big and heavy) This service is a godsend

The first tv mounting was a bad experience. It was done poorly and lazily. After speaking with the geek squad manager and having them replace the damaged tv mount, Michael came out and fixed the bad job and I was very impressed with him. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I will always request him if I’m able. He deserves a raise.

The guys who mounted our TV were great. Knew exactly what they were doing, set up the TV went through its operation and adjustment and left everything as though no one had been here!

I had Geek Squad hand 3 55” TVs. They were efficient and asked all the right questions to deliver exactly what I need. The TVs look great and the wall mounts function just the way I wanted.

I had Geek Squad install 85 inch Samsung TV on wall, and full home theater set up with Deftec speakers including 4 Atmos. Kris and his partner came in and got things right. They were very friendly, extremely patient and knew exactly what they were doing. They were able to answer all the questions. They took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and it worked. They also make some excellent suggestions to get improved overall experience. They also cleaned up extremely well before leaving. This was very impressive. I highly recommend and trust Geek Squad for anyone requiring home video install

The Technician arrived on time. Mounted my T.V. Quickly. Connected it to all my devices and my universal remote. He made sure I understood how to work everything and even gave me suggestions on how to dispose of my old T.V. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with.
