Josh and Noah were awesome! They were very professional with the install and did such a great job! They also even mounted our Dtv box to the back of the tv. They also zip tied the wires to make it look presentable. Got our remotes working. Set up some settings on our TV and even cleaned our screen. Plus they were super friendly and you can tell they really take pride in their work! We couldn't be happier!

My install was absolutely great. The techs were friendly. They were respectful of my new home. They were fast, efficient and informative! Made sure the tv was delivered within the time frame provided, communicated with us during the entire process, made sure everything was working, provided suggestions, and cleaned up afterwards. It was my first home service from geek squad and I’ll be using them again

The two guys that installed my 85 in. Television were great. They were careful, professional, knowlegable about the products and did a great job. They installed the wall hanger, the wires in the wall, the tv, the sound bar, and the setup.

The Geek Squad team arrived at the designated time on schedule. The two men delivered, unboxed, and installed the new tv. They set up the tv while explaining the features of our new unit, They were courteous and very efficient! Absolutely phenomenal experience. Everything from the setup in store to the actual day-of install was handled with precision and care. The agent's installing the TV showed up early and provided a wonderful experience. Their expertise and recommendations were wonderful, they truly cared about my wants and needs. The gentlemen that mounted the TV in my bedroom did a great job. They were very polite and took the time to make sure I understood how to operate everything. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that one of the three guys didn’t wear booties and I am a strong believer of no shoes in the house. Another guy also took the time to straighten out the TV that was previously mounted in my living room because it was crooked. He also zip tied all the wires up to give it a neater appearance without me ever asking, which was extremely nice of him.

Best buy came out and did an excellent job I highly recommend there service. The Technician was awesome very friendly and knew his job. The technician explained everything and also set up my tv and programed my remote. Also for him and his partner came to my home wearing a mask as we are still in a pandemic dealing with covid 19 so i really appreciate the fact that i didn't have to ask them to put on a mask. A+ best buy I will definitely use your services again.

The technician that came to do the installation was extremely professional and did an outstanding job on both the installation and explanation of all the connected devises.

I purchases an 85" Bravia and included the set-up. Great technicians. The primary technician even helped be replace my purchased mount with one cheaper and more appropriate for my set-up. They could have cleaned up better from the dust from drilling the installation holes though.

Techs were great, professional, and very knowledgeable. We are glad we used them, will use them again.
