They connected the TV and left without taking any of the new packaging. The had me connect to the internet and that was all. No explanation of any kind. DO NOT PAY FOR GEEK SQUAD SERVICES OF ANY KIND...NO FOLLOW THROUGH

You sent incompetent untrained techs who connected to the wrong inputs and left without checking to see if the tv saw the Apple tv

Didn’t show up for the appointment that was made 3 weeks in advance. Didn’t call or email to reschedule. I found out after I called the 800 number. Unacceptable.

The guy was really good. But he showed up with just the TV and no mount.... What's the point of a TV mounting service when they don't show up with the mount i ordered

I paid $249 for Geek Squad service. Their wall mount job was very poor. I had to hire someone else to correct the installation.

Horrible installation… it is off center and I order to view it we have to pull it a foot off the wall. It’s embarrassing when showing people

I didn’t like the overall install I had to pay someone else to fix the wiring because the job was sloppy the installers were nice though. I even cancelled by services because of this

The agent that mounted our new tv, left wires from the old tv exposed and ran the new tv wires in through the same hole. He did not take the time to pull them out. We asked him to take it out and just did not do it.

Was sold that a geek squad will come and deljver had to wait for 20 days just to hear that service is delayed ans will come after 10 days misleading team and

Third-party installers were terrible. Best Buy compensated me for the problem

This is was a pain getting geek squad guys understand what needed to be done. They canceled three of my appointments on the day and I'm disappointed with the service.

This say tv setup and or mounting up to 55 inch this is a lie it costs more if you want it mounted

Both install attempts were poor. The tv remains unstable and unsecured. Free install... you get what you pay for.

The N home service never did complete the task and The Geek Squad still owes me $300. Best Buy never followed up.

They mounted my frame tv on the wall with out taking off the top back panel so the tv can fit to the magnet and seat flush against the wall like a frame. It took me 2 days to finally take the tv down and find there mistake.

Tv was hung slanted. Need to come back and fix there we’re supposed to be two installers and only one showed up.

Everytime we scheduled, system broke order. 3x scheduled over course of month, 3x system cancelled it without telling us. Total run around on phone, hours on hold.

Worst service of my life. Would not install and kept making excuses. On top of delivering a damaged tv and will not help resolve the issue. Bestbuy is awful lately.

Poor service, the rep was late, and when he got there he was rushing to get to another appt. Installation was ok, however I can not get any channels. I paid for installation and connection. WTH .
