They were very professional and quickly installed the TV mount and hung the TV.

The Geek Squad (Ben and Xavier) came to my home to install my new TV and to hang and install my bigger, older TV above my fireplace after a recent move. The new TV was hooked up to cable, adjusted and on quickly. The older TV took a lot of work. There was no cable available and the wall would have needed to be torn apart in order to do that. Ben suggested the Spectrum app and spent a lot of time with me to acquaint me with the system. Also, the TV settled after they left and they needed to come back to level it. They were very accessible and polite. I appreciated their help.

Awesome set up after horrible delivery experience. The delivery team did a no -show 2 weekends in a row. I retuned all of the accessories to the store to cancel tne order. The manager, Lily, Jessica S. ( my salesperson) and the installers ( Ramon and Khalik) turned the whole situation around and saved this sale. No one should have to cancel the order to get the item delivered. There is a lot left to be desired with delivery. It ended well due to the team I mentioned earlier. THE GEEK SQUAD ARE GREAT. First, if you sign up for the yearly service not only do you get your warranty extended but they do installations. We just moved into a home and had bought three kitchen items plus a wall mounted TV. Their installers were professional. ON TIME, clean, courteous, and gracious. I cannot say enough good things.

The two guys that installed my 85 in. Television were great. They were careful, professional, knowlegable about the products and did a great job. They installed the wall hanger, the wires in the wall, the tv, the sound bar, and the setup.

The Geek Squad agents were fantastic. They were able to help me repurpose the incorrect bracket I purchased, ordered the proper one I needed and scheduled an appointment for a return visit to finish the job. Following my installations, they showed me how to use all of my components together.

The two Columbus based Best Buy Geek Squad technicians who came out to deliver and wall mount my new SONY 55" TV were great. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable, and took all required covid-19 precautions while in my home. Their work was quick and the mounting looks great. It is very neat and the various cords are well organized and barely noticeable. I highly recommend these two guys. Any Best Buy customer in the Columbus area who is lucky enough to have these two guys tapped to deliver and install their new TV will be delighted with the service.

This is the second time in two weeks I have purchased the Premium Mounting Service through Best Buy and would highly recommend!!! These guys are fantastic! In fact, from the time of purchase until completion of instal the entire process is stress free and painless which is exactly how we like it! My husband and I are busy and my husband stresses over jobs like this! It’s not worth us doing it ourselves and Best Buy does it on your schedule and is neat, quick and super professional! Both times, the installers went above and beyond to ensure we were entirely pleased with the job! This is the way to go for every electronic and appliance install! Thanks for the option Best Buy!!

Local Geek Squad is fantastic! They know what they are doing. Very professional. Too bad that Best Buy customer service is so dysfunctional. Go to local store for help - do not use the 800# for customer service. So glad I purchased the Geek Squad assistance.

The 2 Geek Squad members who came to my home to set-up my new TV were very knowledgeable and very pleasant. They were also very accommodating, including changing the placement of the surge protector, after everything had already been plugged-in, in order to allow me to be able to plug-in additional items in the future.

I have seen a lot of Best Buy Geeks recently, (three wall mounted TV installs and removals). I recommend them unconditionally. Very courteous, helpful and skilled. They used a level to straighten the TVs. Tweaked the TV's centering over the sound bar obsessively, and fussed about all the details. Hooked everything up right the first time. Arrived on time, every time. Answered questions patiently. Booties on the feet. Trash disappeared magically. It is absolutely worth the small fee to get this service.
