The agents connected and set up my tv. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

Terricka, and the gentleman that came out yesterday to install our TV did a great job. Very nice and professional. Got the TV and soundbar mounted in under a hour. We had wanted the TV up higher and they explained where they thought it would look best, but still left the decision up to us. They were right, and the TV looks perfect. Great service and people. Would absolutely use again. Thank you.

I was SO impressed with the Geek Squad service. It was my first time mounting a TV to the wall, and my agents were fabulous at providing a recommendation and walking me through how it worked. They worked with my to get it right - and I absolutely love where we landed. I'm so happy with my TV mounting and would definitely recommend it to others!

This was the best experience I have ever had having others come to my house to set up my purchase. The men were very friendly and very helpful. We had some laughs, and when they left, we knew almost everything about the TV. They taught us so much stuff that we did not even know we needed to know!

PERFECTION!!!! A+ Service all the way around from start to finish. Called 1 hour ahead of time. Very clean and professional install. Highly recommend. Gage and his helper out of Myrtle Beach was very helpful and made sure everything was completed and cleaned before leaving. Will be using Geek Squad again in the future. Total tech service is worth the money.

The guys were so friendly and helpful. I decided last minute that I wanted a new tv instead of them mounting my old one and they picked it up for me and installed it seamlessly. They even brought it something to cover the wire hanging from the tv. I give their customer service 5 stars for sure!

The geek squad that was sent on our home to install and mount the tv were excellent and very knowledgeable. I was upset that the mounting bracket I was told to purchase by an online chat from Best Buy would not work. And the extra expense that I had to pay to install the tv above the fireplace was not communicated to me when I set up the appointment.

Two guys set this television in a niche in the wall that allowed little room for error. The lead guy was exceptional with a meticulous eye for detail. It took some time and effort, but he made sure the job was done right

Used this for a 75” TV. Easy to manipulate so you can access back of TV.

This agent removed an old tv and mounted the new one perfectly, by himself! However he should have had some help. It was a 55 inch tv. Best buy/ Geek squad should be sending 2 people out when dealing with that large of a tv! Luckily he was able to handle it, but it wasn't easy

The installers were very polit and helpful. They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. They knew what they were doing and completed the job in no time. I have been a long-time member of total tech and was disappointed to learn they no longer installed TV's.

Wolf, the Geek Squad technician was fantastic! He was able to install our Best Buy purchased TV mount on our lanai concrete wall very quickly and efficiently. He assessed the situation and figured it out in very little time. Our TV looks fabulous on the mount and performs perfectly. We highly recommend the Geek Squad services and you'll be fortunate if Wolf is your technician!
