I recently had the pleasure of working with the Geek Squad to install my new TV and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with all the features before they left. The Geek Squad went above and beyond to ensure that my TV was installed correctly and worked perfectly. They were punctual, respectful, and truly cared about providing excellent customer service. Technicians were professional and measured carefully to ensure tv was mounted correctly. Also reviewed use of remotes, etc. it was necessary, however, to have technicians out a second time due to issues with turning on tv. In my opinion installation charge is very high, and did not include replacement cords which were an additional $100+

The technicians let me know that the TV mount could not be used on the designated wall. They had a new, different wall mount bracket in their van and installed it. The fact that they were able to perform the switch while they were there saved us several days and a repeat visit. Efficient and personable. Perfect.

Absolutely the best. Not sure all Geek Squad services are great but ours was. Installed 85-inch TV with ease. Purchased a new soundbar and they hooked that up for no additional charge. Very friendly and courteous employees.

Brendton Brown, a Double Agent, was OUTSTANDING. We love our new wall-mounted TV and should have done it years ago. Drandton was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He did all the work by himself. We could have not asked for better service at a reasonable price.

Best installers ever! On time, the installed the TV and sound bar to my perfect specifications..cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!

The Geek Squad service were amazing! They came in, took their time to mount the TV how we wanted, where we wanted and hooked up all our devices to the TV. They then took their time to explain the set up and how to use the system well.

The service was excellent! The guys were very professional and had the television installed within a few minutes and the old television hauled away. They synched the television with the sound bar and remote. I definitely would recommend all customers use the Geek Squad for set up.

The Geek Squad Agents were highly prepared and an awesome team all around. They mounted my television and connected it with all of my devices. They even guided me through on how to use all of the devices since I am not tech savvy.

Overall the technicians that arrived for the installation were quick, did a clean job, cleaned up after themselves, and consulted with us in regards to our TV mounting. On time and friendly service, would use geek squad again for installations.

My TV installation was professionally completed without any issues. My input and confirmation were obtained prior to final installation. At completion a through clean up was done. All my questions were answered. Overall a great experience.

The Geek Squad agents assigned to us arrived on time, with a wealth of knowledge and efficiency to complete our TV installation. They took careful measurements to ensure proper mounting on the wall and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

The agents called before arrival. They were courteous, knowledgeable and quick in their setup. They even offered to wipe down my TV which was covered in fingerprints from when it was brought inside by friends of mine. They did a great job explaining options and were very helpful.

Mathew was prompt, took appropriate time snd care installing the Frame tv on my wall. He measured so it was centered properly. He set up the tv with the cable channels and explained how to use it. I was completely satisfied.

Was really happy on how my tv came out. Geek squad came out to my house. They asked question and provided feedback and recommendations based on what I wanted.

Our Geek Squad technician was absolutely wonderful! He was courteous and very friendly. He hung our large screen TV and swivel bracket with great care but was also a very fast process as he was very knowledgeable. He was the coolest Geek Squad guy ever!

Nice technicians and great work but way too expensive for the level of effort required. I was charged an extra $130 (for a grand total of $380) for the TV to be mounted above the fire place which is not any higher or more difficult than any other spot on a wall. It took them a total of 15 minutes to mount the TV. Also, It was a Frame TV and I was told during the service they couldn’t run the wires through the wall because the one connect cord is not compliant with fire code. I understand this but I should have been informed of this prior to the service so that I could make sure I had the right cord so they could properly hide the wires through the wall. Will hire elsewhere for future mounting services

The geek squad went above and beyond installing my TV mount. It enhances watching TV to another level. They were quick and efficient and polite, I'll be using them again for upstairs TV's

Today I had the Pioneer TV Installed and set-up by "Geoffrey" of the Geek Squad and he did a Great Job! Installed mount as I requested, set-up the New TV with Roku and Antenna and showed me how to work both Roku and Pioneer Remotes & removed the old TV and mount. Thank you "Geoffrey" and Geek Squad.

The agents were very professional and completed mounting my TV and hooking up a DVD player. I am completely satisfied with the entire installation process. I have set-up an online account and look forward to working with the Geek Squad for my future electronic projects.
