    The two gentlemen who hung our large tv over the fireplace did a great job. They were very polite and knew exactly how to do it quickly. Couldn't have worked out better

    The guys came into my home and were really clean. They mounted the TV very fast and also were super knowledgeable. I had a TV mounted a couple years ago as well and was very happy with the results.

    Our technician was wonderful. He was right on time, made sure the TV was mounted exactly where we wanted it and walked us through everything we purchased. He helped us set up the Sonos app and made sure we understood how to work it. He was friendly and patient with our questions. After the job was done, he took all of the boxes with him and also made sure we were refunded for a few services we ended up not needing. I can't say enough good about our experience.

    The Geek Squad mounted my TV's, set up all the devices, and took my old TV's away so quickly! They were very friendly and professional and I would definitely use their services again!

    Shout out to the geek squad! They mounted and setup my new TV. Called several times in advance to make sure I had everything and let me know when they would be there, including a call that morning when they were headed my way. Found studs, mounted the .TV. Great job, very personable, very knowledgeable and worth every penny.

    the agents mounted my 70 inch tv with the best buy mount that I purchased without any problems. they also made suggestions for the height of hanging, along with other mounting options based on their experience. they also connected the internet and made sure the channels were clear, and provided a tutorial for usage. James and his assistant were great, and provided a contact number if I had any issues or questions.

    Installer foiled by internet equipment

    The person who came to mount the TV was very knowledgeable. Due to failure of the internet router (not the installers fault) the installer was not able to fully set up the TV. The installer tried every trick in the book to get the TV set up without success. Best Buy kind dropped the ball by not telling me I was going to need to purchase HDMI cables in order for the TV to be operational. Not the installer's fault. Best Buy said the installer would do X for CoVid precautions. When I asked about X the installer said he had never heard of such. Deducted a star because the installer would not keep his mask over his nose.

    the 2 gentlemen you sent to install my television could not have done a better job. they were both personable, knowledgeable and profession able. they set everything up left the area clean and explained things very thorough

    The first 2 guys who mounted my TV were third party workers. I did not pay 200.00 for third party. Plus I could not figure 2 white trucks, 2 men to mount one TV, PLUS THEY DID NOT COVER THEIR SHOES. The two TV'S I had mounted a few weeks later, a Geek Squad gentleman came. He covered his shoes and was very professional. I will need another TV mounted in 3months, I only want someone from the Geek Squad. That's what I pay 200 a year plus 49.99, GEEK SQUAD SERVICE. THANK YOU

    The two installers called ahead of arrival, introduced themselves upon arrival and went right to work. Very personable and took extra care to make sure everything worked with explanations.

    Team did an exceptional job installing my TV. They ran into some unexpected studs when drilling the in-wall connection and resolved it to my satisfaction. The team was an outside company that are employeed when the Geek Squad is not available. Very happy with their work and would use again.

    The Geek Squad was amazing! They are professional, fast and so good! They installed our TV on the wall and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I will never have another installation other than these guys. Perfectly centered and they take into consideration all the things you would not think of - like distance from the door, light from the window, etc. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!

    The Geek Squad mounted my 65" TV. They were able to come out early (whited helped me out) and did an outstanding job. Installation and set up went smooth. They also ensured the mess cleaned up and hauled all the trash/boxes away.

    Installation of my 65” TV included removing my old TV and stationary mount and installing a full motion mount. The 2 installlers did an excellent job in a short amount of time. They connected my game systems and other devices. They also took the time to answer all my questions regarding my new TV. I highly recommend this service!

    The Geek squad installers are VERY professional and knowledgeable. The problem is the schedulers!!! There are not enough Geek Squad teams, the time table is too large 7AM-7PM and not narrowed until day of service. Calling Best Buy number can take hours to get some measure of satisfaction. WELL trained in telling customer I am sorry.
