Very professional and knowledgeable gentlemen came and got the job done quickly. They were friendly and took the time to help me set up my accounts and walked me through all of the things I needed to know about my new TVs.

Team was friendly and came in a timely manner. Was able to wire my accessories correctly and hide it behind the tv. Very satisfied and will be using them again. Price has gone up a bit on mounting, but they are insured for a business compared to your one friend down the block that can “do it”.

The agents came out, on time, and reviewed with me what needed to be done. We had an open dialog discussing the best ways to handle my wants. Due to space limitations and mount limitations, during the install i was informed of those short comings and given a choice on how to proceed. My old tv was moved and remounted downstairs. The agents did a reasonably fast and quality install. Thankfully im a member and didnt have to pay for this service with my new tv. I am very happy with the end result and value that the agents provided. Highly recommend you allow best buy to deliver and install/mount your large TVs. It saved me much effort and time.

The agents were absolutely AWESOME! They troubleshot a view issues and created a seamless outcome with mounting our tv. Our movie theatre room is now ready for action. We couldn’t have done this without them. Additionally, they were kind, patient and wore masks for COVID-19 safety. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

OMG the service men were awesome, very professional, efficient, personable....just fabulous! They cleaned up after themselves and even wore masks and shoe coverings. They hooked up all of my accessories to the TV also. I would definitely recommend them, they gave 5 star service effortlessly.

The agents mounted my TV and connect all the devices and make sure I totally understood how everything worked before they left. They were awesome.

The Geek Squad guys too down the old tv and mount. They then installed the new mount, hung my new TV, connected everything and gave me a tutorial on the new TV and Remote. It took them less than an hour. A 75” TV mounted above the mantel of a stone fireplace. Less than an hour! No hassle! No aggravation! Well worth it to have a professional installation done!

The gentleman were not only professional, they were very knowledgeable a out their craft. I’m a teacher and they could to my class any day and teach my students about teamwork. As a team. these two gentlemen worked together to come up with the best results for my television insert.

Ken was friendly and professional. Set up the wall bracket to my specification, hung the tv and hid the wires with the cover I purchased. The he set up my tv and dvd taking the time to explain how my system works. Set up and cleaned up, working very efficiently. Five stars…would definitely use again.

Absolutely love our new Sony OLED 77 inch television. Great service from the technicians who installed it on the wall and set it up with all my different devices. 10/10!

The guys came told me exactly how it will be installed…after installation process they set the tv up for me and showed me how to use the new programming…They where very sweet

Mars and Marco Oxnard team that set up my tv were professionals courteous helpful explained how they were goi g to install and made sure I understood how to use my art frame Samsung tv which I love. Clean work in and out quickly and even worwboories to keep my floors clean.

The guys did a great job. They were very careful with my old 65” LG tv. They called ahead and were on time. They even mounted my old TV back on its stand

The Geek Squad did a great job installing a 65" TV over a fireplace. The removed the old TV and determined that the existing mount needed to be moved to install the new TV just above the soundbar on the fireplace mantel. The relocated the mount and the height was perfect at just above the sound bar.

This Tv mount was the one that I used for my 65 inch Samsung QLED for our loft upstairs! It make the TV looks like it’s floating close to the wall! It’s look very good since it’s was professionally installed by the GSQUAD anyway! They made it quick every was cleaned up! No holes showing after it’s was all said and done
