The technician was quite pleasant to work with and walked me through the early steps on using our new 48" LG TV. So glad we opted for in-house installation that would have taken hours for me to fumble through. Well worth the expense! We also had to upgrade our cable box to align with the new TV

I have had the Geek Squad come to my house 3 times in the last month (1 more visit to go). All the personnel have been WONDERFUL!! We are older and cannot install TVs and our technical knowledge is sparse; each time, the staff took their time with me and did an awesome job!

The team that delivered and set up my equipment, (Ray and Anthony) were not only professional, but they enjoyed their work, or I should say craft. The process was clean, expedient, and fun. Geek Squad techs installed my new TV, and I highly recommend this service. They were on-time and fast and efficient, especially when I needed this big TV hoisted above the fireplace mantle and mounted on the wall. Before leaving, they made a point of showing me some of its best features. They went to an app showing 4K video and another app playing Dolby Atmos sound, and I was blown away.

They arrived on time, they were polite and thourough. They took the time to make sure I knew how to use our new device.

I recently bought a 65" TV and wall mount, which was expertly mounted by the Geek Squad. They made sure that I was 100% happy with the location and position of the TV, and made sure it was perfectly level. They made sure I knew how everything works before they left. Sure, I could mount my own TV, but it was nice to have time to work on some other things while the Geek Squad took care of it.

Chris and his assistant Marco did an excellent job setting up my tv's and ring devices. They were extremely polite, professional, thorough and clean. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone.

Our Geek Squad service was great. We replaced an old 58" plasma TV with a new 75" QLED. The old TV was a tank, weighing over 140 lbs. The techs removed the old TV, hung a new mount and mounted the new TV and set up a new soundbar without issue. I highly recommend the Geek Squad service.

Delivery, mounting and set up.went very smooth. The two service men were excellent at their job. I would highly recommend them. It was so easy on us. All i had to do is open the door and then set back and relax.

The first time they came, one installation went great. the other had a problem that was not their fault, so they had to come back. But they set up the needed upgrade purchase and the second installation went fine.

I love this TV. The picture is great. It is very clear and bright colors. It is easy to add apps.
