Brady and Geek Squad team member did an Outstanding Job of disconnecting the old tv and mounting the new tv, purchased at Best Buy. They were prompt in arriving, quick to fix the issues, and conscientious in answering our questions regarding the new set up. The Geek Squad never fails in exceeding all expectations! The Geek Squad members that did the installation of my TV and wall mount were very helpful and professional. It was done in a timely manner and with care. They asked me to what eye level I wanted the TV mounted and answered some questions I had. I was concerned that a third party was going to do the installation instead of Geek Squad after reading other reviews but this was not case.

Your in-home service was excellent; the team was engaged, creative, problem-solving and practical. They did not just identify problems and throw up their hands. They figured out the solution and came back the next day with the fix. Impressive.

Geek Squad guys showed up on schedule and did an unusual installation (for them) in my living room, quickly and efficiently. No complaints and they were professional and friendly. I have used them before and their work to ensure they installed everything correctly and to prove it all works and to show me how to operate everything was excellent! After purchasing an 82" Samsung Television, I began my search for a stand large enough to accommodate it. Quickly discovered that I was going to have to pay over $1,000 for the ones I liked. Instead, I opted to have Best Buy Geek Squad mount it for me and, resultantly, saved some money and it is now beautifully mounted on the wall of my media room. Quick and professional installation.

ok I'm pretty handy at stuff but decided to pay a little extra and have them hang the TV, the guys showed up and introduced themselves showed them where the tv was to be mounted and they set it all up, then before drilling asked if that's where I wanted it to go. after looking at it decided to move it up 6 inches glad I did. they drilled and mounted the holded, hooked up the sound bar and Eric stayed and finished showing me all the stuff the new tv could do. this was so much nicer than trying to do it all myself.
