no difficulty hanging my TV. Made sure everything was working well and all questions answered.

the agents that came to my house went way above and beyond. They came just before the covid closings. It took two of them to mount my TV. Had it ceiling mounted, with soundbar bracket to hang underneath. Bought parts from Amazon but these guys did everything they could to get my TV up, and they did. The soundbar bracket they tried but just couldn't make it work. They were great to talk to and very informative definitely would recommend.

The Professional installers arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They opened up my products & mounted my TV very quickly. They even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely choose them again! Thank you so much!! I am considering ordering another TV and getting the same service again within the next 30 days.

The two guys came and installed my 75” tv very professional. I didn’t know that the mount was not included in the package. Thankfully the guy called me the day before and asked if I had one. I told him no and he asked me what I was looking for and he would bring one and I said I don’t know something cheap lol. He said ok and brought it with him the next day. I purchased geek squad protection when I purchased a tv around Christmas time. Soon after my computer started acting up and I was able to bring it in and get it fixed for free. A few weeks later we decided to upgrade the TVs in our home. I was able to save an additional $50 on my tv, and have it mounted for free because of my membership! It’s been a very fruitful investment for me thus far. You all should get it.

I normally do all my installation of gadgets myself, but I recently had surgery and just wasn't up for it. I wasn't expecting much from the install guy, but wow, he was awesome! Not only did he make the mount strong enough that someone could hang off of it, but he also knew his way around the menus of the TV and soundbar so well that it was like lightning. He explained everything in detail and was just fantastic. He knew his stuff and was pleasant to work with. I could not be happier with the installation. The TV looks great, and the service was the best I have ever received from ANY Best Buy employee, period.

The Geek Squad was efficient and helpful. They paired my Xfinity remotes and showed me how to use them. They did a fantastic job.

These guys are very knowledgeable. They help me work out so many kinks that I had in my system they made my system sound like I was at the movies when they were done I recommend them to everyone. They were nice polite and cleaned up when they were done.

Agents mounted TV and helped feed wires through wall. Was in renovation and had prepared for TV, but required some challenges getting everything to fit right. Agent was professional and polite--very impressed. Will say that was assistant to agent and he just played on his phone during install except for hanging TV. Was a little weird as I could see he was on social media, etc. But very happy with service overall!

I was given a time of between 8:30-11:30. I did not hear from anyone until 12:45 when the contractor contacted me to say he'd be there between 2:00 and 3:00. Needless to say I was not a happy person because I missed two work meetings while waiting on Best Buy who did not have the courtesy to call me prior to 11:00 to tell me they were running behind. The contractor however, did a very good job and I was pleased with the outcome.

I bought a large flat screen TV which needed to be mounted on a different wall. Best Buy technician Dave arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m and was prepared for every situation that we had. He was also very organized and methodical to make his work quick and seemingly effortless. He went above and beyond to ask what I wanted to know and if I considered other options that may work better. The absolute best, Thank you!

Jose and his helper did a great job. I highly recommend Geek Squad Installation and Mounting! This service is free to Total Tech Members who buy NEW TV's at Best Buy and is a great deal. Oh, and make sure you request Geek Squad when you set up the install! Jose is an excellent installer and Marcus, the Store Manager in Irving, TX is awesome, too! Thank you.

Superior service and knowledge by the installation team. They installed (mounted) TV and connected soundbar, set everything up ready to go. Great guys.

The tv is wonderful. The service people arrived on time and were very professional in their installation. The easiest set up I ever experienced.

I can not say enough good things about our installers and the job they did. Seamless, clean, professional, etc. However, it’s too expensive in my book. We purchased 4 mounts and wanted them to install all of them. But the price prevented us from doing so. We opted to have the largest installed and am glad that we did. I think that for a tv the large and heavy having someone with a lot of experience can never hurt. But there should definitely be packages for multiple TVs and the staring price for one should be lower. Our 1.5 hours worth of relatively easy work should not be so expensive. But if you are good with the price the service itself is fantastic!
