Brady and Geek Squad team member did an Outstanding Job of disconnecting the old tv and mounting the new tv, purchased at Best Buy. The staff that came out and mounted my 65" tv with the new tv mount I purchased were very professional and very knowledgeable. They asked me how and where I wanted it mounted , explained to me the viewing angles I could use. They were Truly great ambassadors to Best Buy. Due to an arm injury I am unable to hang the tv myself. So I hired Geek Squad to install it for me. They did a fantastic job. They placed it right where I wanted it, made sure it was level and hooked up my cable box. Highly recommend their services

The two techs were very knowledgeable and wall mounted my 86 inch in no time at all. Great techs.

The installers were not Geek Squad but did the work and were very professional and quick, but I didn't realize before they left that the only speaker on was the TV which was not loud enough, but I could hear it When I contacted Best Buy and explained the problem to them, they were very quick to help fix the problem. Best Buy sent another installer out and they found that the auxiliary speakers were not connected and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with everyone's help.

They mounted it perfectly and super fast. They were also pretty cool people. I love how you’re able to move the tv to the left and right for the perfect center and if you like it a little tilted you can too.

The installer, Chris, was fantastic! He showed up on time and was very efficient in completing the installation. We were a little nervous when he showed up by himself, but he proved us wrong and demonstrated that this was a one man job....it was clearly not his first time doing this! And he took the time to pair the TV with my Comcast remote and showed me all the functionality. Great job!

We had them install it because we could not get there.. the installer contacted my son the day before he was coming to install it and told him we had the wrong brace but not to worry he would pick the right one up and bring it with him the next day for the installation!
