Great service! They truly knew what they were doing and took care to explain the new TV and verify where I wanted the TV mounted on our wall. Cleaned up after themselves and instructed on basic use. Overall fantastic experience

The TV ordered was damaged as was the replacement. The Geeks were professional & drove 2x to Best Buy to pick up our replacements. While they didn’t have the same one we ordered they pick up one that was comprable. Great job.

Very efficient- brought with them everything needed - checked the wall out to make certain they used the correct bracket. Mine was not suitable for the wall.

The agents did exactly as requested - mounted my new 85” TV. They did the job even though the previous agents ordered the incorrect mount - they had to locate the correct mount and pick it up at another location. Overall it went great.

They were very respect of our space and the hygiene they took their shoes off they were very knowledgeable and did swiftly did everything. The young man who installed my monitor did it quickly and explained clearly how to run this thing. I’ll only use it to project reference photos for painting landscapes. I can mirror off my cell phone or use a thumb drive. I didn’t feel like a technology idiot!

Great service from the Geek Squad service in asking important questions regarding the location of the mounting of the tv and soundbar. They were very professional and suggested updating my surge protector and making sure that it was up to date with my new appliances. They went over how to use the new tv and soundbar and made sure that I knew how to use the products before they left my home. They were awesome!
