They have mounted two tv for us and they are excellent. One of the tv had several extra wires and they fixed the to look nice beside out fire place. Can't even see them. They are a first class group.

They were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that the set was mounted on the wall where we wanted it and hooked it up and made sure it was working before leaving.

Technicians arrived on time and efficiently completed the installation within about 30 minutes. They demonstrated the TV and explained the remote control functions. Also, they reconnected my Roku device saving me the trouble of initiating new service for several streaming channels.

The first time it was installed was wrong, they have to come to fix it, otherwise was in danger of falling. The second time the installer knew what he was doing

Zac was very professional and courteous. Both installations went well. Small issue with one resulted in having to make a bigger hole in drywall but he assured me that there was going to be someone to come out and make repair. Not a big deal. I would ask for him again personally to assist.

The technicans were on time,mounted the tv with aligning in mind, cleaned up after themselves, very polite and identified themselves. Made sure we knew how to operate the tv. We were satisified. The agents were great. Mounted TV on the wall, hooked DVD player, and Headset unit. A very clean install as there was no drywall dust from drilling holes for mount. They were clean, polite, and very helpful explaining the operation of TV worked. They were in and out in 45 min.

The TV I ordered did not fit the wall mount I had. The installers were very nice about it and returned the TV. I went to Best Buy and got another brand TV that did fit my wall mount.

The two gentlemen that came to put up my 75” tv were very knowledgeable and careful. They went above and beyond to hear what I wanted (it’s an awkward space) and make sure it worked before doing anything we couldn’t undo. They also went above and beyond to get my sound bar to work properly with my app that I was having trouble with. I’ve had two installations at different locations now and both were very professional. Only thing I’d say was a bummer after the excitement of getting everything in place is I had asked for the cable management materials that they said they’d bring hadn’t been used. But I can’t complain and they left it in a way I can easily organize myself.

Geek Squad does an amazing job with mounting TVs. They are very thorough with making sure the height is what you want, secured to the wall properly, and even vacuuming up any debris. I highly recommend their services!

The Geek Squad agent mounted our new TV efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process. He connected my receiver and DISH Box which included impeccable wire management. He also made sure the remotes worked as before and showed me how to use the new one. He was very thorough and cleaned up the room before leaving.
