I had a tough, cement block wall (inside and unseen previously) which although my tech needed some assistance with did a great job in mounting. I finished by bringing cables through the wall. Looks nice and the Geek Squad are tops. Well worth the money to have it done for you.

I have been using Geek Squad service from Bestbuy in every of my tech support and install my big screen TV. They always did the job right the first time and very knowledgeable what they do this time with the installation of my 75” Samsung 8 k TV. They did it again! The installers were professional and I had an older wall mount that made it a little harder to get the TV mounted. I give them credit for not complaining and accomplished the job. They set the TV up and showed me how to operate the remote.

Everything went well. Team showed up on time, worked quickly to get everything set up to best use/effect, and left the area as clean as they found it. Even hauled off the packaging. They did it far more cheerfully and in about a third the time than if we'd done it ourselves.

With a snowstorm in Wisconsin on the day of my appointment, they politely asked to reschedule. They were totally flexible and willing to come to my house at 4 on another day to get the job completed.(They are usually finished with service calls at 4). When they were here they were very polite, efficient, and had great suggestions for the job that needed to be done!

They mounted my tv and did a great job. They were on time, very informative and communicated step by step of the process. The did a very clean job and were extremely timely.

Terrific. Brandon was skilled and able to perform my request that I thought was impossible. He completed the task way quicker than I thought possible. He's a creative problem solver. After completion, he cleans up the site extremely well. He's my "go-to" Geek Squad member.
