The guys who came were efficient. They came and set tv up and was gone after spending time making sure I knew how to manage this tv. They connected my home theatre and even dvd player. Really worth it using them.

The agents that mounted my television actually arrived ahead of their scheduled time. They were professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough tutorial of the different features on my tv. They wore face masks and shoe covers which I really appreciated.

Jacob was awesome. Set up our tv and guided us through the steps we needed to operate the programming. Gave us some good pointers as well. He was patient with questions and worked quickly and proficiently.

Geek squad leader Donald was very efficient with his organization, set up, and install. Donald and his partner arrived on time and the installation moved smoothly and quickly. Great product so far. Delivery/set up person was amazing and took his time explaining to my electronically challenged 93 year old mother how to use it. As we say in the South, Bless his Heart.

They were quick and on time. Knew exactly what to do and had it up and running in less than an hour and then stayed and helped instruct me on how to change settings.

Better then average install, agents very professional, exceptionally clean, would recommend for major installs.

The technician did excellent work installing my television into the mounting system such that it raised my TV about eight inches...PERFECT for viewing. I did not need to buy a higher piece of furniture at all. WELL DONE, GEEK SQUAD!

Our installation guy, John, was great! Set up and checked out all our stuff, answered all our questions. The process of contacting Geek Squad was terrible, all by computer, no chance for human contact. I needed to change something in the original order to make sure they had the time and the right equipment, until John called the day before installation I couldn’t make contact.

Expertly mounted, set up all my devices despite a problem signing into my Amazon account.He stuck around while I sorted it out and explained everything, how to use etc. Thanks!

The two Geek Squad guys that came and hung my new TV and mount were wonderful!! They were in and out quickly and made sure that everything was working as well as made sure that I was happy with the location. They were perfect!
